well im on Pokemon fire red and i don't know where to find zapdos ,because it always says to look at the powerplant but it isn't there and wheni go on my pokedex is hows that zapsos is always moving and i gone when i get to that location wht do i do?

you can find the way to it easily, its not moving

To catch a Zapdos, go to the Pokemon Center beside the Rock Cave. From the Pokemon Center, go up until you reach water. Surf to the Power Plant and go inside. Find your way around, and at the end you will find Zapdos, the Thunder Legendary Bird.

hang did you say not moving, it's always moving when i get to that area it moves somewhere elese what should i do?
