PLEASE HELP!! I just found my dad & my friend in kama together! What should I do?

Ok so I just finished work and I was on my way tahanan to confront my dad & my friend Amber.. When I arrived tahanan I went inside ready for a heated argument with my dad & my friend. I could hear laughing & talking so I thought they were in the kitchen. But when was going down to my room I have to walk passed my dads room and thats when I saw them in kama together!! They were all over each other they were halik and touching!! I feel so sick!! I just ran out of the house & got in the car. Im at my mga kaibigan house now but I dont know what to do. Please help me!!

My best friend was tryin to help me but she doesnt know what to do! My dad & mom seperated. I dont live with my mum coz she remarried and moved away! I dont get on with her new husband! So i dont want to talk about it to them! I feel sick to my stomach about this!! I feel like running away and hiding!! Im never talking to my dad or friend ever again! They make me sick!
