How to cure boredom :
If you're an artist :
Draw! drawing will always help you feel better. And who knows, over time you might be able to draw amazingly.
If you're an may-akda :
Free write! Its always fun to. Write something according to your taste in books.
If you pag-ibig to read :
Yea so if you pag-ibig to read, like try and find a good novel or such under a certain topic you love. I personally pag-ibig a good pantasiya Mystery.
If you pag-ibig sports:
Go buy yourself something to your taste in sports and go have fun! Just go outside and play! Have fun, also try a variety of sports.
If you prefer computer games:
I suggest World Of Warcraft game. It is really fun, at only $15 a buwan you can play the game ( costs included of buying game to download as long with the 3 expansions, should cost bout $80 at $20 each. )
If none of these suite you :
Eat. Eating really does help alot. Yeah,yeah people say that if you eat alot you can get ' fat' well just eat. It helps alot.
How to cure depression :
Ok guys. When curing depression, cutting is not an answer!!! Instead, follow these steps for preparation :
- stop
- close your eyes
- take a deep breath
- relax
- count to 10
now that calmed you down lets get to the real business, normally depression is caused because of a bad memory or anger.
Now you need to let this out, there are many options for taking out anger. :
- You can rant about it to me in Messaging ( i will give payo and help. :] )
- You can throw a asong babae fit
- You can just let all your emotions out.
Now after choosing one of the steps above, you should be better.
How to deal with insanity :
Well, if you are insane. I just recommend to stop trying to hide it and let it out. Be yourself for once, i do not know much on this but i can tell you this : Everything is best resolved when you are yourself.

Yes indeed, Rebecca has become famous thanks to her annoying song Friday and has got a record deal for a Cd with five madami songs, can you believe it? :/
Rebecca, is known-for and hated for “Friday”, she has even sinabi that she doesn't like the song....we're not sure we believe that.
So on her susunod CD Rebecca promises to have a madami natural sound than in Friday, and that she, at least, will like her songs....it's amazing how much power the Internet has! It makes and breaks stars.
