Nope, not interested in DW. I've been a huge SH fan for ages and I loved Benedict Cumberbatch's acting as Sherlock, oh and the modern twist and the plots/turns are really good and well executed. :-D

No. I started watching it because I'm a huge SH fan for years, and I wanted to see this Modern Take, not gonna lie that I was a bit worried about how they were going to make it, but I loved it, Benedict is amazing as Sherlock Holmes. Can't wait till season 2

Actually I saw picture of Benedict as Sherlock on TWoP forum and I was like "Good God, I must see it!". Now I can't wait for 2nd season .

I started watching it because I'm a huge SH fan and because there were only 3 episodes, so it wouldn't take too much time. Now I'm sorry there are only 3 episodes.

I was just flicking channels and heard british accents and was like "hey, all british shows in australia are good...I'll give this a go" and I LOVED IT!!! It was only when I watched it again on the internet that I found out it was half written by Steven Moffat.

Watched it because I am a long time SH fan. Now also a big Benedict Cumberbatch fan.

I happen to be reading stuff about the new Doctor Matt Smith, one thing lead to another and here I am.

I didn't know there was a connection until about 2 days ago when my BFF in England told me about the writers

There was an article about the show in a newspaper insert the day it aired in America, I was reading the paper that moring, saw the names Moffat and Gatiss, regoinised them from extensive Dr. Who watching. I tuned in that evening and was hooked, went to the libary the next day and checked out the stories, I was complelty hooked on all things Sherlock, and all things Benedict Cumberbatch!

I knew there was a connection between DW and SH but... I've always read Sherlock Holmes' stories and I like them so, I was curious about how Moffat and Gatiss did the episodes and I liked them so much :D

I watched it firstly because i love Holmes, i also love DW and sometimes i can see brief glimpses of the 10th doctors ways come through in Sherlock

I do think they are great writers, and I did know about the connection. that was not, however, why I began watching Sherlock

I've watched Doctor Who for years and I didn't know that there was a connection between Doctor Who and Sherlock. And that they both have the same writers.

I've been hearing a lot about Supernatural, Doctor Who, and Sherlock and, after I decided to watch them, I chose the one with the least episodes first.

I haven't watched Dr. Who but plan to someday. I watched Sherlock because a friend of mine told me to and i absolutely love it

No I have always loved Sherlock especially Jeremy Bretts version on ITV I remember hearing about the new version and I thought it sounded great, still loving it now ;) I do like Doctor Who as well, used to watch the old versions way before the new series.

Actually I started DW because of it's connection with Sherlock, and since is my favorite show!!!

I knew there was a connection, same writers, yada yada yada, but I didn't watch it because of that.
