Katy the Gothic Echidna: Ditched the night before Music Formal

In all honesty, Katy isn't even my idea to begin with. She was all the work of my younger cousin, Jenna. It was her idea to make her Cyber's younger, but Gothic sister...don't ask me why my 9 taon old cousin likes Goths...I don't even know myself. Anyway, she also wanted me to get Katy a Boyfriend and some popularity, and we hope this RP'll do both. Anyway, here's how we're starting.
Your Male tagahanga Character is sitting alone in the park, when they see Katy walk by, looking as though she had obviously been crying about something. She has sparks coming from her hand, which contains her smashed cell phone. Your character then remembers that tomorrow night is Music Formal, and that she had a petsa with one of the coolest guys at school.
Katy: I can find another date...*wipes away tears, all black makeup running down face* I don't need him...
What do you do?
(BTW this WHOLE RP is the idea of Jenna. I'll be the one RPing, 'course, but she came up with this idea. Comments? Criticism? Post them in the COMMENTS of this question.)
