Sure! If you right click a picture, click edit ,it will bring u to paint and you can edit or colorover that pic. All you need to do to draw is use the lines, curves, and ellipses buttons, then color with the paintbrush or fill bucket. If you use the fill thing, make sure your lines are closed. You have to have been on paint to access it from the start menu. Thats pretty much it! I take it that means you are in?
