It has been confirmed! Micheal Sheen is Aro. I think it's strange to think that an actor who has once played the werewolf leader, Lucian is now pagganap as the vampire Volturi leader, Aro... So what do you people think?

I think that Ben would have been great...I was personally hoping for one of the Highlander guys to do it!...lol..they would be perfect for it...for me anyways

Ok Dokey. i'll seriously tell you what I think. In the movie Undeworld he did an amazing job or so I think. He definetly looks like he has that tough and threatning, malicious side to him and at the same time..hmm...intelligent, and friendly side to him. He could most likely play the "personality" Aro portrays in the movie. I agree with Sinia114........I dont exactly think he the BEST actor to cast for the role-but I have to dis-agree with you on the Jamie Campell Bower thing..I loved him in Sweeny Todd(Normally not my kind of movie or genre..but i watched cause johnny depp sang in it&Tim Burton, who is a genius director....with some level of creepy-ness but that only adds ot the genius--in my opinion anyway:)..and I pag-ibig Chris Weitz, even though the cast choices r confusing at times--and I dont think that Chris is the only one to blame in the casting manner...lol

yea jamie is ok i can see him as caius, but still there is a huge age difference, dont you think it will be a little bit too noticable in the movie. I mean like the book is not specific on how much age difference they have between each other, but i just think they should be gorgeous. beautiful. threathing. exquisite. They are cute people in real life, but in reference to the new moon, well i just pictured them to look a little bit madami of the same age.

Ben Barnes as Aro?... I really like him but I can't imagine him as Aro.. A sexy Aro? Lol, (O.o) I'll find it strange... and creepy in a way...
