Well it depends on which vampire lore you are going by. It could do nothing, make you stronger, turn you, or make you sick. It all depends on what story line you are a tagahanga of.

I don't think that vampirism should be seen in the same light as aids. They were creatures originally associated with the plague, so you probably would get sick. But to me, unless a vampire bit you with the intent on turning you into what he is, nothing would happen.
