Jed was running. Running from a dark figure a few feet behind. "You will never escape!", the dark figure from behind yelled. "yes I will", he thought. He ran and ran, until he reached the dark grey building in the middle of the field. He ran inside and slammed the iron door shut. A few bangs came from the other side, but they subsided quickly. He ran down the hidden staircase that was under a malaking kahon in the small shack. He reached the bottom, and passed through the small passageway until he came to another door. He opened and entered the dimly lit room. Five other people were sitting around some pagkain rations, eating slowly. When they saw him, they all jumped up and began asking him questions. "Did you get it? Did you get the package?", a man asked. "Yes.", he said, setting down the brown sack he had been carrying. "Good. We may now have a chance at rebellion. You did good. Now, sit down and have some pagkain rations. Janice found some extra rations in a warehouse, so we can eat a little bit madami today.", the man said. The pale, skinny woman called Janice flashed him a quick smile, then went back to eating her bread-and-honey sandwich. "How did we get this way?", he asked. "I heard this planet used to be a beautiful place. Now it's run sa pamamagitan ng those, those monsters.", he said. He tried to think back to what his mother sinabi to him, when she was still alive. "This world used to be nice, with nice people living on it. We used to not be enslaved, we used to be free to do what we wanted, what we liked to do.", his memory-mother said. " There used to be birds, and cats, and dogs, and all kinds of animals. But now, there's only us, and them.", he remembered she said.

Micheal Ryder swerved sharply to the left, almost missing the small driveway he was supposed to be turning into. He winced as his pickup truck made the rough transition between concrete and gravel. It was something he was going to have to get used to – he'd be driving down this path every araw for who knew how long. A particularly large rock dislodged him from his seat, and he let out a foul explicative as his blond head bashed against the ceiling of the cab. Cursing his father, and the owners of the house he was renting, he slammed the truck to a stop. Not caring that he was still yards away...

Picking up a stick, I struck it across old Emily Simpson’s white picket fence. The noise was sharp and loud and would most likely be heard. Smirking, I kept walking, trailing the stick along behind me. A low growl sounded and I turned my head. Sure enough, a huge, brown and white mutt crawled out of the dog house, bearing his teeth and snarling. I tossed the stick to my left, away from the fence, and turned away into the street.

The weather was nice – warm and sunny, with just...

I banged my head against the mesa when my science teacher, Mr.Underwood woke me up from my sleep with his slave owner voice.
"Do you care to sumali us?" I personally didn't really feel like it but then again I wasn't in the mood to argue.
"Sure." I yawned. He went on teaching his boring lesson on frogs. As if we need to know about frogs. What career requires you to have frog knowledge as one of your skills?

It's Funny, I Use To Be Popular. At First Some People Loved Me And Others Hated Me. Now Everyone Hates Me. Even My Old Best Friends. You See, I Always Found A Flaw In Everyone And Used It To Hurt Them. Not Physicly Hurt. I Made Them Feel Horrible About Them Selves. I Was The Reason You Cried On The Way Home. The Reason You Fake Sicked. Of Course Karma Came And Hit Me Like A Ton Of Bricks. I Try Hard To Be Nice, But No One At School Pays Attention To Me. Except Teachers. I Even Tried Sitting With My Old Friends.

"Happy Anniversary." His smile was absolutely priceless. I had to laugh just a little at his nervous grin. I knew the that it had been a buwan since we had gotten together but I don't think he exactly remembers whether that araw was today....or yesterday. I wanted to make me sweat it out. But he was right, it was today. I gotta admit that I was kinda surprised that he even remembered.
"Aww, You remembered." I saw the nervous grin turn to relief. He earned a kiss.
"Of, course I remembered." I still wanted to make him sweat though. I couldn't resist.
"What happened to the whole " I don't remember...

He made me stay in the car while he checked us into the room. I had barely noticed that he carried in two packs of serbesa with us. We started off just watching telebisyon and sucking on a beer. Then soon enough he had too many drinks and he started halik my face. The bad thing is, is that I let him and I kissed him back. He touched me to, but again, I let him and then he pulled my sando off. I didn't mind it much until then and that's when I knew that this wasn't the best choice I'd ever made. The smell of his breath penetrated my neck and filtered in through my nose, making my stomach wrench....

After Nick cheered me up I decided to go home. "I'm gonna head home. I'll text you when i'm coming back out. I have to eat dinner." He frowned. "Alright i'll be waiting." I laughed. "Bye." I walked my bike back to my trailer. My friend Briana came running up to me.

"So, I have a question?" I looked at her. "Alright ask away." She smiled a little and let out a little laugh. "Who do you like?" I stopped walking all together. She asks me now? "Uh, come to my trailer with me and i'll tell you." I sinabi walking again. I walked inside with her following me. Cocoa, my puppy, jumped up on Briana, "Alright...

A lesson learned

Once upon a time in the small town of Eighdensburgh there were 6 small children. 5 of the children loved to play all araw and sleep all night. The sixth one did not like what the other kids liked, he liked chemistry and science plus a little bit of paranormal things. One araw the first child, that was a girl, came up and asked the sixth child if he wanted to play. He said” No, of course not! Why would I want to spend all my time prancing around like a fool!”. the first child then said” What’s your problem, you got something against us!”. then the first child ran off...

“Lev, you left your book on the table.” Boris rushed over to me, handing me my English textbook. I grabbed it reluctantly, sighing. I meant to leave it there. English isn’t my strongest subject. Or Language.
“No, I meant to leave book there.” I replied, rolling my eyes and shoving the textbook into my satchel. Boris chuckled and patted my shoulder. America was such a strange country. The language was hard, the people were different, and the weather was unpredictable. At least in Russia you could understand what the people were saying, and when it was going to snow or shine. “Why...

I pretended like I was offended, "boy, what boy?" Aunt Maggie laughed, "do I get to meet him?" I smiled, "You may? it depends." I stopped talking then, When I'm with Alec I fill so alive,...

Did God Create Evil?

The unibersidad professor challenged his students with this question:

"Did God create everything that exists?"

A student bravely replied, "Yes, he did!"

"God created everything?" The professor asked.

"Yes sir", the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil, since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then God is evil".

The student became quiet before such an answer.

So, we have the plot line and idea prepared. But what about the thing that makes it all come to life? The characters. This is a little artikulo on character development.

Appearence!

You know the old saying, "Appearence is everything."? Well, it's not! But it IS important when writing. As you go along, think about what your character looks like. What's thier hair color? What kind of body type do they have. What's thier eye color. I'll admit i'm not a big tagahanga of the "Hi. My name is _____ I have brown hair and blue eyes." What I do is describe the characters subtly. Like if one character describes...

For the past three weeks Taylor and I haven't been getting along so well. All we do is argue about every little thing. Most of the time it's because we never have time to spend with each other.
He's still acting, but he's only getting small parts, so he thought he needed to practice his acting. It was so hard trying to be a bestfriend on his schedule, so we decided to distance ourselves, a little, for a week. The first two days were like hell. I did't want to talk to anyone except for Taylor. I would have talked to Amy, but she was sick.
But then everything turned around when Mark and I started...

I told someone once,
"You are alone".
The person refused to agree,
"Why?",
"What for?",
"Why should i be told I'm alone"
Those were the words most probably flowing through the fellas mind at the time,
Think of it,
Stop,
Take a deep breath,
Think again,
Who were you with the last second?,
You, yourself and you,right?,
Look around you,
Are you sure this is where you want to be?,
I look,
Right now,
And,you know what I see?,
No one.
Nada Nada person,
Well that's my own language, forget it.
There's no one there,
But I do what I do best,
Suffer in silence.

Maybe just warnings.
“Glorious, Have you ever, had signs before? You know, like something warning you not to go on or go some place?” I asked myself. I shivered in the coldness of my room. I liked it cold.
“I don’t understand you,” a voice rang to my left. There, in the middle of my doorway, stood Looi, my older brother. He was leaning on the door frame.
“Hey, do you mind? I’m getting ready. Don’t you have your own bathroom?” I asked...

Feel like letting go,
    but afraid of the rash,
Feel like giving up,
    but afraid to sleep,
Want to jump,
but afraid to of falling off way to deep.
Sometimes life takes me in weird directions,
but knowing me, its all imperfections.
Sometimes emotions ulap every single thought,
and knowing my actions, I’m here to rot.
Forever will my mistakes continue to haunt me,
    standing here, I now see.
What if things could be different susunod time?

The one thing that never freaked me out before was when the teacher got mad at us, especially Mr. Donnahue. But watching him shred up each and every paper that he touched on that dumb mesa of his...well...it made me shiver a bit.
That's when I saw it; my paper, neatly written in my cursive writting, only with kulay-rosas gel pen instead of the standard pencil. Under my desk, I crossed my fingers, hoping, waiting, praying. I shut my eyes.
Then I heard it; riiiiiip.
I opened my eyes, blinking as I followed Mr. Donnahue's hands, which held my torn paper, throw the scraps over the edge and into the trash...

(Before you read this, remember that this character is a student at a sailing school, and can fly.)

I woke up. It was cloudy. The green sea went into ginormus waves the size of sharks. I went outside.
My bangka was shaking in the weather, and it was all wet. I sailed it anyways. I grabbed the steer, raised the anchor, and went out.
The sea was hard on me. The waves pulled my white, small, wooden bangka up and down the great seas. I felt great. I felt brave. I felt calm.
Rain started to fall down as the clouds got darker. It was amazing. The wind blew...
