Can ANYONE remember this 90's kids show???

I've looked everywhere to try and find out what this ipakita was called, but NOBODY seems to know!

All I can remember is that it was set in some sort of junkyard and there were mga hayop that lived in the old washing machines and stuff. And there was this tower where the owls lived and they were meant to be like wise elders who made all the decisions or something.

PLEASE HELP!

I am not a hundred percent certain but i think the name of the ipakita is "Grady Greenspace". i'm pag-awit the theme tune in my head and that was the main characters name. it had real mga hayop in it to look like talking actions. and there was an ugly daga who lived in a washing machine. Good times!!
