I'm going crazy, I don't know what to do. Help me.

3 days ago, I broke up with my boyfriend. He didn't talk to me much, he was flirting with other girls, he didn't pag-ibig me anymore. I regret it now, as much as everyone is saying he isn't worth it.
I haven't stopped crying since. He won't talk to me, he hates me. I don't like to be alone because all I do is cry and scream. I'm always pointlessly walking around the house, doing nothing. I look like a crazy person. I think I am going crazy. I pag-ibig him and I don't think I'll ever get over him. I know it's only been 3 days. But.. I don't know anymore.

Yes this is my first. My friend recently broke up with her boyfriend too, and he was my bf's best friend, we set them up. So me and my friend have been coping together. I'm much better now actually. Thankyou :)
