On May 27, 2009 Norway's biggest newspaper Verdens Gang was the first to review the album giving it tuktok score, 6 out of 6. "Alexander Rybak has not only become a bituin in no time, he deserves the status as well", the paper said.

She’s at home
I hope that she is sleeping
And thus I fall asleep, we’ll meet in dreams
Christmas-time is magic after all
Tell me when
I am loosing my mind
‘Cause I am in love
Tonight I’m all alone, but still I’m happy
‘Cause soon, so very soon, tomorrow comes
But I can’t wait to hold her in my arms
Tell me when
I am loosing my mind
‘Cause I am in love
Merry Christmas
I am loosing my mind
‘Cause I am in pag-ibig
Merry Christmas
I am loosing my mind
‘Cause I am in pag-ibig
If you were gone the moon would lose it's brightness
Without your smile the finch will sing no more
And once in a while some waves would sinabi with sadness
Remember to mga manliligaw walking sa pamamagitan ng the shore
If you were gone the days would all be pointless
And in the night I'll sing the song so blue
A song about spring and every happy moment
When I had all the time along with you
[Chorus:]
But you are here and nothing could be better
So take my hand and stay with me to dark
And will the wind is playing with your sweater
I can't imagine life if you were gone...
If you were gone the world would lose it's meaning
Without your pag-ibig how could I smile again
And though the sun would always keep on shining
I'd never shine without my dearest friend
[Chorus:]
But you are here and nothing could be better
So take my hand and stay with me to dark
And will the wind is playing with your sweater
I can't imagine life if you were gone...
