abt the alltimelow.com

i am a new tagahanga of all time low,
and i don't know them much.
once i tried to sigh up on the alltimelow.com,
it came to a page which sinabi "e-mail error",
and i dk what's happened.
can anybody tell me what can i do to sigh up for it,or what's happened?
