what is lust? what is love? they are two powerful words but only one is over and under used. I'll let you decide which one I'm talking about. For some people pag-ibig is that funny feeling u get when you are around someone, for others its the one you cant get out of your head or makes you think of that cute pag-ibig song when you think of them,and then to the few its just a word and a emotion that they haven't felt yet or felt in a long time. But susunod time you are around that person ask yourself this, is it really pag-ibig or lust that drives you to that person? If you like being with that person for only a short time and then when you finally get what you want out of them and then you leave them or you are with someone and they do that to you. Then i would hope that you know that either you or the other person is only feeling lust. If you are only with someone that you don't like that much but you are only with them for their own good. Then that isn't even pag-ibig or lust and you are only hurting the other person and yourself in the long run. Lust and pag-ibig are probably two of the most strongest words in any language and they always lead to different outcomes good or bad. But honestly if you ask me it always feels like a shot of tekila and a ass-kicking. you know how you always have that friend that come to you and tells you that they are so in pag-ibig with someone they haven't even met before. I know I do and it is always annoying to me because i know they aren't really in pag-ibig with that person they are only feeling lust for the other person. Its also the same thing when someone dose something nice for or too you and you think you are in pag-ibig with them,I'm sorry to tell you this but your not feeling pag-ibig you are feeling lust.These are a couple of examples of lust over pag-ibig and they most of the time always lead to different outcomes. But it is also not uncommon for lust to turn into love, because without lust you couldn't have pag-ibig to begin with because you need to be attracted to someone first before you can pag-ibig them so lust isn't always a bad thing. But it is if you use it wrong. Lust can lead to what i think is one of the biggest problems in the U.S. if not the world today. Cheating. And it is almost always leads to lust for another person over the other. But the worst type of cheating their is, is when (for example) a girl/boy cheats on his girlfriend/boyfriend with another person when their girlfriend/boyfriend know about it and they keep seeing the other person just because they know their Girlfriend/ Boyfriend really dose loves them and doesn't want to fight with them just because they are afraid if losing them. That in my book is the coldest thing a person can do. And people do it a lot. I'll even admit that i have done it before. I'v been on both sides of the situation before and they both hurt a lot. And if u are one of the types of people who are doing this know and just don't care then you really need to start setting your self straight because that is a dark road you are going down...and take it from me iv been down that road...and its not pretty at all. It can lead to Hatred, puso brokenness, lonesomeness, Depression, Suicide, jealousy and the worst of all Murder. All of this is caused sa pamamagitan ng Lust and Love. So susunod time you Mate, or girlfriend, or boyfriend, or spouse, or whoever, says they pag-ibig you. Really think on if they really pag-ibig you and if you really pag-ibig them before you respond...
