Well I have fanon yaoi/shounen-ai ships but I don't care for that much actual yaoi anime/manga.

Not really. I mean there are a few yaoi ships that I like, but I'm not a fan of the actual genre.

I tend to ship based on whether I think they have chemistry. But yeah, I do have yaoi ships, my favorite one being the one pictured for the Yay option. HideKane. <3

I have a few ships and I do like the genre but, most of the fans make me rather embarrassed about liking it. It seems like it's treated more like fanservice than actual relationships based on chemistry and the like. People seem to focus on"Let's see how hot we can make these two characters look together." The fans seem to look at the fanservice rather than the relationship itself as a whole and that makes me embarrassed about liking it. The relationship can be the most abusive thing ever but, hey, the pairing is hot so why get mad, right? Of course, I have no right to judge people who like it for the fanservice.
