My name is Annabeth Chase. Before you get started pagbaba I would just like to tell you that if at any point during this book you fell like this has happened to you, stop reading. Put the book down and forget you ever started reading. Anyways this is completely fantasy.
Well, I'm thirteen years old. I'm the daughter of the Greek goddess Athena, Goddess of wisdom. That makes me a half-blood. There are thousands of half-bloods world wide. Some lead normal lives and others train to become warriors at Camp Half-Blood on Long Island New York. I've been going to that camp since i was about 7 years old. There are magical borders protecting the camp from any monsters. It also prevents normal mortals from entering the camp.
At this camp there are children of almost all of the Greek gods and goddesses. Minor and major. There are 12 Olympians. They are Zeus. Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, Hera, Hermes, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Ares, Apollo, Athena, and Artemis. I'm not going to get into that right now.
When I was 7 years old I ran away from my tahanan in California. Luke Castellan and Thalia found me. Both of them are demigods. Luke is the son of Hermes and Thalia is the daughter of Zeus. I didn't know that at the time. Luke also ran away. Now to the actual story.
I was hiding behind a piece of cardboard when they found me. I also hadn't brushed my curly blonde hair in a few weeks so I'm sure I didn't look too pretty in my flannel pajamas armed with an old hammer I had found in a dumpster. When Luke and Thalia removed the piece of cardboard covering me, I jumped out screaming at the tuktok of my lungs, swinging my hammer. I stepped back. Both of them were armed with weapons. The girl had a shield with some weird ladies head carved into it and the boy had a bronze knife. The was a girl about 12 years old and the was a boy about 14 years old
"Woah woah woah. Calm down", sinabi the boy with dirty blonde hair.
"Who, who are you?" I stammered.
"My name is Thalia", the girl said. She had bright blue eyes and dark black hair.
There was a moment of silence. Thalia elbowed the boy in the arm. He was wiping off his kutsilyo with the bottom of his shirt.
"Hm what. Oh. I'm Luke", he sinabi as he flashed me a gorgeous smile.
"We're here to take you somewhere safe", Thalia sinabi as she put her shield away which was a good thing because it was kind of scarring me.
"Your not going to take me back home?" I asked
"No no no. Of course not," Luke sinabi as a smile crept across his face.
"Here take this instead of that hammer", Luke sinabi as he handed me his knife.
"You look pretty smart." Luke sinabi as he pushed the hair covering my gray eyes.
"Yes! I am!" I sinabi exclaimed. I remember feeling so excited that someone actually realized that i was smart and not crazy.
"Athena"' Thalia muttered. Luke nodded.
"Where are we going?" I asked as we left the alley I had been living in for the nakaraan two weeks.
"Somewhere safe", Luke sinabi as he picked me up and put me on his shoulders.
For the susunod month, Thalia, Luke and I walked and rode across the country to New York. Every once and awhile a monster would pop out and Thalia and Luke would kill it. We finally got to Camp Half-Blood.
"Come on Annabeth. I want you to meet someone",Luke said.
A horse man thing walked around the corner. i hid behind Luke.
"It's OK Annabeth, he's not going to hurt you," Luke sinabi as he laughed.

Once I woke up from my terrible nightmare i decided the best thing to do was to just get ready for school.If you think walking to a bus stop is long.Imagin having to walk 5 miles just to get to school.I live in New Orleans so I focus madami on the jazz players than my aching feet.Yet,there was one player who caught my eye,he had a lyre,glowing faintly,and was in a weird way eerie.I threw down some money and he said,"Hi,im Apollo.",he sinabi low so the crowd couldn't hear him."Thanks for the money,Mrs.Spoloto."It was crazy!I never even told him my name.Apollo,I thought.Brings back memories of greek,actually.I was so shaken sa pamamagitan ng my ecounter with what was suppose to be a god.Iran to school,halfheartened.When i got to the school I crashed at the entrance.The last things my eyes saw were:Louis Armstong Public School.
