The singer revealed that her current body is the result of eight years of hapkido and her regular sessions of pilates. Chorong is living proof that the hard work can help achieve any look you so desire!

Chorong confessed that pilates has transformed the muscle on the bottom part of her body from thick and ungainly to slim and toned. She also revealed that she bathes the lower part of her body everyday in water infused with aromatic oils.
Further, instead of eating a heavy breakfast, the singer consumes a light breakfast consisting of greek yogurt, granola, and fruits such as blueberries. Right before a comeback, Chorong also detoxes her body's impurities sa pamamagitan ng drinking juices.

The Apink members appeared as guests, sans Na Eun and Ha Young, on MBC FM4U′s Kim Shin Young′s Noon Song of Hope on August 4, where they talked about the composers they′ve worked with.
Kim Shin Young introduced Apink′s new song Remember, saying "Including this song, you′ve worked with some great composers. You′ve worked with Sinsadong Tiger, Duble Sidekick and bravo Brothers. What are their respective styles?"
Cho Rong said, "Sinsadong Tiger says, ′Doing great, doing great′ and makes us feel comfortable." Bo Mi sinabi of bravo Brothers, "We′ve never met him."
Eun Ji said, "Duble Sidekick is really detailed. He plays close attention to things like the last note. So it takes a long time."
