I am recovering from a frightening experience of Covid 19. At the height of my infection I could not sleep, my breathing was poor and I felt truly awful. So bad was it that one night I thought I would have to go to hospital. I was having delusions about being right behind the Grim Reaper and knew that if I were to go to hospital I would never come home.
