A man in the apoy nation who was looking for the last water bender when katara when she was little and her mother sinabi she was the last waterbender even though she was not and he wanted to kill her to get rid of all the water benders so katara want him to be killed because she is so mad at him and she is so angry that's why she want to kill that apoy nation man. But she ends up not killing him because of what aang sinabi to forgive but still didn't forgive him just really angry at him.
