The plot is really interesting, you get to know Katara better. Through Haru, you get to understand madami how much Katara's mother's death pains her, because Haru (sort of.) Nawawala his father. It really shows how interesting Katara is sa pamamagitan ng the end of the episode, when she gives her speech on how to remain hopeful, and not to give up easily.
