awatara ang alamat ng korra Tanong

What do you think about the water tribe guy from the council?

I think that he might be working for Amon. IDK why but I just have a feeling that he will be evil or something like that

Hm, not sure. I don't think it would add up if he was working for Amon, since he can bend (and Amon clearly stated his detest for benders), and Tarrlok even had a Task Force created to bring him down. Also, when Amon demanded to kanselahin the pro-bending match, Tarrlok was agreeing that they should- which is what Amon didn't want. He wanted them to keep the match going so he could demonstrate and send the message further.

If anything, I think he would be using the Amon drama for his own personal gain- like publicity, glory, and power. Some evils (for lack of a better word) have different branches and can be completely unrelated to eachother.

Yes, but with the task force he really pushed Korra into going into it knowing full well that she misght lose her bending to Amon. If he really was on her side he wouldn't have pushed her into harms way.

EDIT: Screw what I've sinabi before. There IS something wrong with him.

I think that Tarrlock is a sleazy career politician and that's about it. I can't imagine him working for Amon because Amon has made it pretty clear that he feels contemptuous of ALL benders, irrespective if they are good or not. And as somebody else has already pointed out, if he really was Amon's spy, he would have never agreed to kanselahin the pro-bending final. He could have easily convinced the other members of the council (apart from Tenzin) to actually hold the final but he didn't.

You know why? Because if something did go wrong, everybody would be pointing their fingers at Tarrlock, and he obviously doesn't want. It would muck up his precious reputation. However, when Lin offered to take the security measurements, he suddenly changed his mind and agreed to hold the final; because if something happened this time, everybody would throw the stones after Lin and not Tarrlock. That just shows how desperate, self-absorbed and irresponsible he is.

Also, sa pamamagitan ng time he found the task force the whole city was seriously freaked out sa pamamagitan ng Amon and scared to death. So with his ridiculous task force he managed to make him look like the hero. And tricking Korra into joining is a big, fat bonus as well.

So, no, I don't think Tarrlock is evil. I think he's an arrogant jerk, who clearly has no idea of his job. I think Bryke use him to distract us from the real evil out there.
