This is my theory and how I control my inner feelings and emotions
I have felt many emotions ranging from good ones to bad ones and I want to share to everyone on how I control these feelings of mine.
I don't know if it's a gift but ever since I was born I have a unique ability to control my feelings whether it would be jealousy, hate, pag-ibig and many others that have been part of my life.
