I need a good book series to read that will take me a long time, but I would prefer it being an already finished series so I don't have to wait a long for the susunod one. Can you guys give me some suggestions?

Well there's the obvious like Harry Potter, but I'm going to assume that you've already read them. Umm have you read the Narnia series? Or the Uglies series, which is one of my favorites(although I wouldn't necessarily call it a long series).
Then there's The mortal instruments series( It isn't complete yet but there are 4 books out already). The Inkheart trilogy is also really good. Oh and of course The hunger games..

Imo, the best books don't come in series, or in the the pantasiya genre, but the only good series are in the pantasiya genre.

How about Percy Jackson series? Rick Riordan finished the first set of series. I'm sure it'll take you long, also, Riordan's putting a new set of installment - the one after Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.

There's The Clique. I haven't real them, but there's a section in my aklatan for Teen Girls Series and there's like 15 books of The Clique.
There's Percy Jackson, and the segundo series that follows it, The bayani of Olympus, but that one only has one book out and the susunod is out in the Fall.

cherub series has 12 books well 13 if you count the storie for world book araw then henderson boys which is like a prequal to the cherub series and then theres another series of cherub the first book is called peoples republic its out the 4th of august 2011 the may-akda of these books is robert muchamore hope this helped

So far, there are about 22 main books out, 4 super editions, 4 guides, and 11 manga. And they're still writing! So I think this will hold you for awhile. Plus its really good.

Well, there's the Left Behind series, sa pamamagitan ng Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It's 11 books in the main series, with three prequels and a sequel. But, they're somewhat hard to find, so you'll probably have to buy them off the internet.

Thirst series, also known as The Last Vampire, sa pamamagitan ng Christopher Pike. It's better than it sounds, trust me. There's three books so far, and there's one madami coming out soon.

Some shorter series that are still really good are; Beautiful Creatures sa pamamagitan ng Kami Garcia and Margret Stohl, two books, the last one coming out in Oct; Strange mga kerubin sa pamamagitan ng Lily St. Crow, four books; and KIssed sa pamamagitan ng an Angel sa pamamagitan ng Elizabeth Chandler. There's only two books in this one so far, but the first one is about 800 pages long, and was orrigionally three books. It's really good.

So yeah, REALLY good series!!!

decribtion: A boy finds this house and in this house is a whole other place, and he finds out he has to defeat these ppl. and the ppl are named after the days of the week, and he has to defeat them in order of the days, (Mister Monday, Grim Tuesday,ect.) the end is AWESOME!!!

If you want something that will take an enormous amount of time to read, try In paghahanap of Nawawala Time sa pamamagitan ng Marcel Proust. :) And let me know if you manage to read all the seven volumes, I'm still pagbaba the segundo one. Well, it's not actually a "series", at least not in our modern sense, but a great novel nonetheless.

If you want fantasy, I recommend Tolkien's works. The Hobbit, the Lord of the Rings, the Silmarillion and the Children of Hurin (which are simply epic ♥) should be a bit time consuming. :)

there is one series that i am pagbaba at the moment, its called 'the secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel' sa pamamagitan ng Michael Scott, i pag-ibig this series because all the characters in the book were real people or were gods from ancient civilizations like greek, roman and egyptions, the last one has come out recently so no mroe waiting, the books are about 400pgs each but there is a fair bit of research if you really want to get to know the characters

I read the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon Series) and it took about three or four months to read it but I was almost pagbaba non-stop. This series is the best I've ever read.

Legend of Drizzt sa pamamagitan ng R.A Salvator. There's 25 (I think? It's either 24 or 25) books, and each book is at least 300 pages. And then Philip Athans edited and released an anthology of Drizzt stories. And the anthology is almost 400 pages and contains 12 short stories.

So... yeah.

Percy Jackson & the Olympians is a five book series. The main story that started in The Lightning Thief is wrapped up in The Last Olympian

have you read the Power Of 5 series? it's really good and there are 5 books. In order they are: raven's gate, evil star, nightrise (my favorite), necropolis and oblivion.

My paborito series of books are The Alex Rider Series sa pamamagitan ng Anthony Horowitz and Escape From Furnace Series sa pamamagitan ng Alexander Gordon Smith. :D

i would reccomend Percy jackson and the olympians series. it's really good. There are five books, but rick riordan has made another two series based on the same sort of thing, diary of a wimpy kid or the nakakatindig balahibo series. but nakakatindig balahibo is a bit of an old series and is madami for younger ages. if your a teenager and like romance i woudl reccomend twilight and if you like pantasiya iwould reccomend the inkheart trilogy, even though i havnt read it yet but everyone who ive asked sinabi it was incredicle. hope i helped in some way!

You should read 'The Mortal Instruments'. There are 5 books already and the final book is due on May 2014.

I have read and enjoyed Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. They are between 600 and 900 pages and there are 8 or 9 of them. Also I have really enjoyed J.D. Robb's "In Death" series about a NY Homicide Detective's cases. It is set a bit in the future (like only 50 years) and has very neat inventions that are interesting. There are about 40 books in this series.
