I put at the time because a break up you found upsetting when you first saw it may have less impact when you know what happens next, for example I thought the Willow/Oz breakup was very sad when I first saw it but it bothers me less now because I prefered the Willow/Tara relationship.

So not now in retrospect, but when you first saw them which upset you most?
(try to pick the one with the saddest scenes etc, not just your favourite ship)

Lol, I keep changing my mind, I can barely decide! I think since Anya was usually quite a bright funny character any time I see her cry it really affects me more than seeing other characters cry. Like in the episode 'the body' the only bit that had me nearing tears was Anya's speech about not understanding death

It's really a tie between Xander/Anya and Willow/Tara. They both just made me cry and cry. Anya in her wedding gown, crying? Willow on the floor of the bathroom?
Willow/Oz would come in 3rd I think.

They have good bye to you on the canned music at the supermarket still and I can still get misty when I hear it. I've broken up with people myself and not been as depressed lol.

everyone of them is extremely sad! but buffy's is the worst each time

When I first started Buffy the Vampire Slayer I fell in love with Bangel before Spuffy. And I cried everytime watching Prom and other great epsiodes that touch me about Buffy's relationship with Angel. It was the most touching relationship ever on Buffy the Vampire Slayer
