Not at all .Glory didn't care about anyone but herself. Cordelia gives off the image that she doesn't care, but deep down she really does.

I agree with you Cordelia was about being the hottest high school girl from Sunnydale and wants to be a actress, and she was about being rich famous, and popular at school, Glory another hand was about finding the key aka Dawn to bring her back from her hell dimension. Any way Glory did care about herself and Cordelia well she was about fame

i don't think cordy was about fame, she was just another good looking girl with no money who didn't know what to do with herself
i think cordy was the most insecure character on the show

thats true , I agree with all of you that cordy was nothing like Glory but anyway Cordy is one my favorite characters from both Angel and Buffy The Vampire Slayer anyway glory was more bitchie than cordy so fair is fair

when i thought of Cordelia i didnt think about Glory, but now you said it she kinda does, like cordelia (in buffy) always thought she was the best and stuff lol and so did Glory, even though she was a God. :) They're both two of my favourite characters.

NO WAY! It's like ppl above have said Cordy acted like she didn't care but she did - she was the "heart" of angel's crew. She cared about people and didn't like how people didn't like her(on buffy in the first few seasons) - they just wanted to be around her so they could be popular.

Glory loved that! She didn't want to be liked she wanted minions! She was unfeeling, selfish and evil - she was such an awesome character!

she actually remimded me of a teacher of mine, she looks just like her, and is kind of a bitch when she wants to be. the first time i saw Glory i couldn't stop laughing because of how they resemble each other..
i actually told her that once (she teaches media, and we talked about Buffy once) it was funny cause we were almost the only ones who knew what she was talking about. ignorant friends i have.. anyway i told her (apparently she's a great fan of buffy's too, who knew) she sctually found this kindda flattering and utterly hilarious, turns out Glory was her favorite big bad of the series, needless to say I wasn't surprised ;)
