I pag-ibig Chocolates!

Last taon I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!


For ca 60 pralines you need:

For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter tsokolate coating
100g butter
100g cream

For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
bitter pili aroma
Cointreu

For coating:
full-cream gatas tsokolate coating
white tsokolate coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)

For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits



1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the mantikilya and the halfbitter tsokolate coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
