@Lannieluv7: Why do you automatically assume DE are going to be endgame? Just becuz they have scenes and Stefan & Elena have broken up doesn't mean they are endgame! If that were the case then Stelena will definitely be endgame!
@Bamonfreak: What are you talking about? Aren't you a Bamon fan yourself? I'm getting tired of everyone saying that their ship is endgame! Your not the writer of the show so you don't know! Simple as that.

I trully believe Bamon is being built up bythe writers slowly but surely. and I think it's great that they'll have options: to vamp or not to vamp? either way, Bonnie will be flawlessly beautiful for quite sometime!

^ITA! I like that while she can go down the vamp road she doesn't have too and it bodes well for Bamon in the future either way.

Just cuz am a Bamon fan doesn't mean I don't think outside the box. I'm being realistic here. The way they are building up DE clearly shows that Damon will always love Elena and IF Bamon happen, he'll go back to Elena. It will be the Brucas/Lucas/Peyton triangle all over again. Lucas kept going back to Peyton, And like Damon said He'll always choose Elena. It doesn't get any clear than that

@Bamonfreak: From the analogy you've given..it seems Damon will be going 'back' to Bonnie in the end. He's known about her existence since she was a child..his involvement in her life, and her in his, was there looonng before Elena (the person) entered the picture

It's not really the fact that Gloria is powerful though that would help. I mean I think anyone who probably has a good stable ability in their magic etc could try their hand at the spell but it's just Gloria is the only one who has found it. But it was cool to know that witches can slow down their age. But if Gloria dies the secret of the spell dies with her.

@samjhart Are you sure about that?? If the writers don't explore that storyline then I won't read much into it tbh. And if watched over her then he should be really protective of her but What do we get?? "I will let Bonnie die" I will write her a great eulogy" etc! That's not being protective. And if he watched over her and fell in love with her in the process then maybe he'd go back to her. But he didn't fall in love with her, nothing happened.

IDK...Maybe things will turn out different but now I can't imagine it

@Bamonfreak: The only reason Damon thinks he loves Elena becuz she resembles his ex lover. In fact I don't think it's love at all it's more of an obsession. An unhealthy obsession if I must say so. Now that he has Stefan out of the way he's been forcing himself on her and it's getting really annoying! I'm not saying that you can't think outside of the box hell that's great. What I'm saying is that I'm disagreeing with you. And I don't think when Bamon happens Damon will leave Bonnie for Elena becuz by then he will (hopefully) be long over her.

Obsession is part of love!!! Believe it or not! When we love someone SO much we are likely to become obsessed with them and never let them go! Am a mutli shipper so I think Damon loves Elena and it might come off as an obsession at times but that's Damon! Also when Damon fallS he falls really hard!! Am SO sure that IF he ever fell in love with Bonnie he'd fight for her the same way he did with Kat and does with Elena, that's his way of loving! I keep saying this OVER and over again Damon being with Bonnie isn't gonna change anything about him because its not the women he falls in love with that influence his behaviour its DAMON that makes all those decisions!

@bamonfreak, Obsession and love are not same, Damon is obsessed with Elena either in books or in show,in books he loves Bonnie, he just never wants to realize it. In show he loves only Stefan, he loves the idea of good version Katherine that is Elena,So, for books Bamon endgame for sure. I care less about the show as I don't watch it anymore.

I think at first he got his feelings for Katherine confused with Elena because he loved Katherine for so so long and here comes Elena who looks just like her. But however now I think he really does love Elena.However he is way to obsessed with her. In the books he really does love Bonnie too. IMO book Bamon are soulmates because he's a natural killer, it's in his nature. But with Bonnie he saved her for no reason at all and liked her just for her.

that's cool b/c Bonnie won't get older so fast... But the wat they've been destroying TVD this season, I'd keep my hopes down. It's really bad. I don't even feel like watching the way I used to. I'm all about Dexter now. =(

I love that they can, but I'd prefer that they actually didn't use it. It throws off their whole naturalistic/balance ideology in my eyes.
