“So, what do you think?”
Rebekah and Kol were standing in a mansion Kol had ‘bought’.
“It’s nice” Rebekah admitted, looking around her. “But don’t you think it’s a little too big for one person?” she asked frowning at Kol.
“Oh, but I have no intentions on living here on my own” Kol smiled secretive as he jumped on the couch.
“Are you saying what I think you’re saying?” Rebekah asked slowly as she walked towards the couch.
“Depends on what you think I’m saying” Kol teased.
“You want to try again with Katherine” It wasn’t a question. Kol had always had this little obsession for the Petrova doppelganger. Kol’s smile vanished and a little aggravated he waited for Rebekah’s lecture on how he deserved so much better. But his baby sister pleasantly surprised him. “You have my blessing”
“Really?” he asked suspicious. “Why? What’s the catch?”
“No catch” Rebekah replied consciously looking away from Kol. She looked around again. “It’s a really nice place. Katherine will fit right in”
Kol flashed towards her and forced her to look at him. “I know I can’t compel you, so I’ll just have to trust you to be honest with me. Now tell me the truth. What’s the catch?”
“You should know Katherine has been sharing the kama with a lot of men” Rebekah stated a little demeaning.
“Obviously” Kol commented, not in the least upset about that little fact. “Kathy is beautiful and I wasn’t exactly expecting her to have no sex for madami than thousands of years”
“She slept with Stefan” Rebekah added softly and bitter.
“Who?” Kol frowned.
Rebekah dropped her shoulders annoyed and explained who Stefan Salvatore was.
“Oh, now I get it. You just want me to keep Katherine occupied so you can have Stefan all for yourself” Kol summed up and his smile returned. “I like it”
