Ok so I was just randomly listening to the 2 songs off the TVD soundtrack from episode 1x01 and 3x19...and I noticed something that blew my mind. I just thought I'd share it. We all know how influential the music can be as far as foreshadowing goes. This analysis just furthers my belief that Delena were meant to be all along and from the very beginning.

So when Elena is going to the cemetery in the very first episode of season 1, unbeknownst to her, Damon is hiding in the fog watching her. While this is going on, the song in the background (Say All I Need sa pamamagitan ng One Republic) has lyrics that go "All I need is the air I breathe, and a place to rest my head."

In season 3 episode 19, Damon and Elena finally halik passionately. The accompanying song (Never Let Me Go sa pamamagitan ng Florence and The Machine) has a verse that says "I found the place to rest my head."

I see what you did there TVD crew :-)

panther-jewel I actually already read about that - and I SO love all of these important details that are hidden throughout the whole story and prove Delena to be THE couple of the story.

TVDDelena1 <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3!! That gives me chills thinking about that, like they were meant to be together since the beginning and the writers were hiding hints in the music!! I really hope it's not just a coincidence...!

There was much sinabi about Damon’s insecurities and their influence on his reactions to Elena asking him to become human and grow old with her together, but I wanted to write that all down...
