So Stefan has left Mystic Falls without saying goodbye to Elena and without telling Elena he was leaving. Elena is still upset after one buwan of Stefan being gone. She is also angry at Damon she knows that Damon knew that Stefan was leaving and she thinks he did nothing to stop him.
