Ah harold, this question would of been amazing with pictures- for yes it would have a picture of a red and green crayon saying: "Red vs Green? WHICH IS DA BETTA WON!?" This is one of the topics out of bounds for me, random things like crayon colours, etc.
I think this because there are virtually no arguements or evidence to back up either oppinions.

I think anything can be debated. If you wanted to put red against green, you could bring up that red has longer wavelength cones and red takes less brain power to understand.

Just because it's weird, or you don't like it, that doesn't mean it's inappropriate. If you don't know how to debate it, that doesn't mean it's inappropriate. You can debate over trivial things if you want to practice expressing your opinion throughly.

I think maybe it's too soon to discuss it? I personally wouldn't mind, but some people might get really offended by even suggesting that it didn't happen.

@pandawinx What LoopyLuna96 meant is that some people claim that the holocaust never occurred. We all know it did, so debating that would be inappropriate.

I don't find any subject inappropriate to talk about,at least on the internet,where everyone is anonymous(kinda).

Everything should be questioned. && if its worth talking about then it should be debated about.

Of course not, I feel comfortable discussing anything. Sex positions, Muslims, music, shipping... If you don't like the question, you don't have to answer it!

There are a lot of people who don't believe the Holocaust happened. I think saying 'Your opinion is stupid, therefor I will not debate it' is not the right way to interact with these people. I would rather debate with them and see where those thoughts are coming from and why they believe that and to maybe tell them something about the Holocaust.

Sure there are a lot of people who don't believe it happened. But those people are ignorant about the facts.

It wouldn't be a debate. It would just be about whether they want to believe the facts or not. It would be about anti-semitism and whether it exists(because they don't think it does while it obviously does).

I think that anything should be open for discussion. I feel like much of fanpop is 18+ at this point and for more mature themes, younger users aren't obligated to engage. As for fandom stuff; I think that that's fine too (more often than not, these days politics tend to bleed into fandoms). Plus it's nice to get more chill topics every now and again.

The only out-of-bounds topics I can think of would be "Did the Holocaust actually happen?" and "Should we create a white ethnostate?" because we shouldn't be giving a platform to neo-nazis in civil society
