Peg is out. I chose Perdita because she seems to be too well mannered to be with a tough, street dog like Dodger. Same thing with Lady. Both are too used to the pampered house dog life to be with someone like him.

Please give a reason to why you don't see Dodger with whichever girl you choose.

She's too short, trim and proper. I don't think she would take kindly to Dodger. And like you said, she is too pampered.
