One of the best things about Disney princess films are their princesses(obviously) and songs. As a singer, music lover, and actor, I've always paid close attention to the voices that bring these wonderful characters and songs to life. I am picky about the voices I like but can admit that no princess has a bad voice, some are just much better than others. Share your opinions.
13. Snow White
Let me begin sa pamamagitan ng saying that I'm ranking both pag-awit and speaking voices and that even though she's at the bottom, I don't hate Snow White's voice. Let's be honest here, most people find her voice to be annoying. I don't but I must admit that it is a bit of an acquired taste for many. I guess because its so squeaky and old fashioned. It's definitely the most unique princess voice and can be cute at times, particularly when she's speaking, but its the least enjoyable to listen to for me mainly because it's so shaky when she sings sometimes. It just seems sort of weak compared to the others but Snow White wouldn't be Snow White without that memorable voice.
12. Cinderella
Will Sinderella ever do better than segundo to last on my lists? I don't know. Cinderella's voice is not bad or annoying but it is kind of boring. She sings like someone from the forties, nice but not exciting. Her songs are probably the easiest to sing of any princess and she really doesn't sing anything different, it's all in the same, safe, average range. Her speaking voice is normal but not very memorable. The only thing that sets her apart from the other princesses is the sort of huskier quality than her voice has. Doesn't she have one of the lowest pag-awit voices of any princess? I like that but she doesn't ipakita range and besides that was kind of normal back then.
11. Merida
O.k. I like her voice, especially the accent, but she doesn't sing so I only had the speaking. voice to work with. Still, it's a good voice. Strong like her and very different from any other. It's full of energy and life and is easily when of the most emotional princess voices but with speaking alone this is the best she can do.
10. Belle
Belle has a nice, normal, speaking voice. It sounds like a princess voice but it lacks uniqueness. As for her singing, well, it's normal but not as good as the others. Some say that she has an amazing voice but she really doesn't. Its only memorable if you've seen the film a bunch of times. There's just something there that I'm not crazy about, I sort of connect to her voice but not a lot. She doesn't have the range or vocal power of some of the other princesses and its almost as if she's trying too hard to sound like the perfect princess. All that being said, I guess she's o.k. but nothing spectacular.
9. Jasmine
Her speaking voice is not my favorite. She sometimes has this whole seductress thing going on mixed with a playfulness that sounds a little fake sometimes, like she's trying to sound attractive but when she's just talking normally or angry she sounds fine. Her pag-awit is normal but we only hear her once but Lea Salonga does a good job like always although I thought she was better as Mulan. hasmin has a feistiness that I like and her voice is madami unique and memorable then Belle's.
8. Tiana
I like Tiana's speaking voice. It's got emotion and uniqueness and matches her well but her pag-awit voice is just normal. It's alittle disappointing though because it sounded like Anika Noni Rose was holding back, I wish she would've just blasted out the songs with madami force like she did in the last song. "Almost There" could have been better but it was kind of boring when it came to the singing. She had her good moments but never really blew me away.

This is where things get a bit madami difficult for me to rank.
7. Ariel
She's got a pretty, youthful voice that is full of emotion but not as strong or memorable as the others. Also, she's silent for a good bit of the film. Her voice is not as strong or memorable as the ones ahead of her but it's nice. It's at its best in the "Part of Your World" reprise, when you hear so much longing and emotion. She sounds like a real 16 taon old which is good.
6. Rapunzel
I really like this girl. Mandy Moore did a great job with making her likable and youthful. Her voice is so expressive and energetic but her pag-awit is madami pop sounding than the other princesses so it comes across of slightly weaker sounding. It's nice but it isn't as powerful or large as the others but it is memorable.
5. Aurora
This one was so hard to place. Her speaking voice is so forgettable and she barely speaks anyways but her pag-awit is gorgeous. It is so rich and has a lovely operatic feel since her voice was provided sa pamamagitan ng an opera singer. She has such a clear, unique voice that matches her perfectly. No wonder the prince went looking for her after hearing her. She has one of the best pag-awit voices of any Disney female. It sounds so effortless even though the songs aren't that easy to sing. Unfortunately, her bland speaking voice doesn't help her so she stuck at fifth place.
4. Mulan
I pag-ibig her but she doesn't have the absolute best voice. It's great but their are better. The great Lea Salonga gave us her pag-awit voice that was strong and beautiful. Her speaking voice was good but their are even madami emotional and expressive voices. This tuktok four is great pangkalahatang though.
3. Anna
I pag-ibig her voice. Like Mandy Moore, Kristen kampanilya did an excellent job of making Anna funny, playful and likable. The speaking voice is perfect. For a non singer, Kristen kampanilya is a pretty good singer. Some people didn't like it but I think she sounded nice and expressive and while Elsa's voice is stronger, Anna's is madami pleasing to listen to sometimes. Still, their both great.
2. Elsa
This was very hard. Elsa has one of the most powerful pag-awit voices of any princess but it can sound a bit nasally and the high notes can sound a little shrieky (remember the Oscars? That last high note was rough, the whole thing was actually, I know the sound is big and hard to sing exactly like it sounds in the film, but still). Her speaking voice was good although we hear madami of Anna. I like its mature sound and the attitude in it.
1. Pocahontas
She has hands down my paborito pag-awit voice out of the princesses. It is the strongest and most interesting. Her songs are not easy, actually I think "Just Around the Riverbend" is the hardest princess song to sing and she sings it effortlessly. She has such a unique sound, mature, expressive, emotional, powerful, really only Elsa comes close but I think Pocahontas' range is bigger since Elsa's not as strong in the low notes as she is when she belts while Pocahontas is consistently good throughout her range. Her speaking voice isn't as memorable or expressive but it still isn't bad and has emotional moments and a unique sound even if it occasionally sounds a little flat.

Here's my listahan of Disney Princess couples, it's primarily based on what connected with me in their relationship and what i find admirable. I do have some ifs and buts with few couples but that's just my way of looking at how a relationship grow

1. Mulan and Shang:
Theirs a relation that I actually look up to with great admiration and respect. They both were mature to handle a relationship before falling for each other. Their pag-ibig grew out of mutual trust, understanding and respect rather than romantic feelings. It is to not say that romantic feelings are not true or valuable, it's my personal...

I pag-ibig art! I pag-ibig culture, history, music and I pag-ibig art. I have done some posts and presinto about the Disney Princesses in reference to music, culture and fashion but not art yet so I thought I would do that next. I like to think of the Disney Princesses as "cultured" young women who have manners, etiquette, decent universal knowledge and appreciation for the arts. So, in my theory of the Disney Princesses being cultured, albeit each at their own levels, here are the paintings that I think each Disney Princess would pag-ibig the most. (I could probably find a van Gogh for each of them as I absolutely...

Because I am still in a musical mood but also ready for the "autumn/Halloween" mood, I'd like to incorporate the two! There aren't many DP villain songs pangkalahatang but I came up with at least 9 that were good enough to use for the sake of this countdown. I rated each of the songs against how villainous the lyrics were, how villainous the music sounds, how villainous the scene that accompanies the song in the film is and how villainous is the goal of the villain (or just the villain itself) pag-awit the song? I ranked each song in the 4 categories and then ranked them pangkalahatang sa pamamagitan ng accumulative "evil"...

Okay so I tried to seek others' opinions for this who connect with Merida madami than I do. I realized that there are artikulo on here for the ranking of every princess except for Merida and I didn't think there should be any reason for her to be excluded. I always found these artikulo to be so neat though so I hope the Merida-fans will appreciate this. I'm completely open to any changes with madami input.

12. Aurora: General consensus seems to be that Merida would get along with Aurora the absolute least, most likely for their opposite in characters. Aurora rates duty, grace/manners, love/romance...

5. Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs

I noticed that sadness seems to be the most popular emotion among people and it’s understandable, no matter how strong you are, nothing hits you harder than life. True you should try your best to get out of a bad situation but in the process, it’s good to make the best out of it. It’s important to be grateful and remember how blessed you are, a positive attitude goes a long way in order to enjoy your life.

4. Brave

What I really like with bravo is that it’s easy to relate to because disagreements and miscommunication...

1. The iconic song “Part of Your World,” was almost cut from The Little Mermaid.
2. “Can You Feel the pag-ibig Tonight” was also almost cut from The Lion King. Elton John, who saw the film with the song removed, told producers they needed to put it back in.
3. Aladdin’s face was modeled after Tom Cruise’s.
4. And Ariel was partially modeled after Alyssa Milano.
5. The Jungle Book was the last animated film Walt Disney personally supervised; it was released 10 months after his death.
6. John Lennon turned down Walt Disney Studios’ request for the Beatles to provide the voices of the vultures...

Ah, feminism and Disney Princess. Such a complicated relationship. Now I'm not an expert, especially being a guy but the topic of feminism in relation to the DPs has always intrigued me. I'm gonna try my hand at ranking the princesses in terms of agency, independence, heroism and other aspects to figure out which one of them is the most feminist. I'm trying to expand my Pagsulat skills so this is gonna be split into three parts, starting with the bottom four.

WARNING: No Anna and Elsa in this countdown, so let's begin.

11. Aurora
Sorry guys, but I'm one of those people who believes that feminism...

Yesterday I wrote an artikulo about my paborito song from each DP Movie, today I'm doing an artikulo about my paborito song scene from each DP Movie, the only requirement for this was that the song in the scene has to mainly be sung sa pamamagitan ng a character from the movie (this rule doesn't apply to Brave), also the song scene can of course have two songs in the scene

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs - With A Smile And A Song

This movie has many great song scenes, it was actually a bit hard to pick a favorite, but this one is currently my favorite, first of all it has one my paborito songs from the...

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs - Someday My Prince Will Come
