What if all of the Disney Princesses were from American cities? Which ones would they be from? (*Note, I comprised this listahan of where they would be born and raised from not where they would be most suited as a free choosing adult. That is another list.)

Snow White: Portland, Oregon
Because it has a very friendly and comfortable environment. Snow was very naïve and very trusting, it would make sense if she grew up in a ligtas place like this.


Cinderella: Dallas, Texas
Because it is very conservative and traditional. There are madami gender roles so it would make madami sense why Sinderella took the family abuse and didn't try to be independent.


Aurora: Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota
Because it is a nice place with education and culture similar to the place in the story.


Ariel: Austin, Texas
Because it is conservative and not completely open to new ideas but is also known as being liberal and progressive relative to Texas. Her father was conservative about new cultures and other peoples but they also had a rich musical culture in their own town.


Belle: Phoenix, Arizona
It is in the desert and though it is big, there is not much to do. Belle wanted to travel and see more. It makes madami sense if she was in a madami deserted place but still populated. "I want adventure in the great wide somewhere." makes sense if she was always looking out at deserts in the far distance.


Jasmine: Washington, D.C.
Because she was so confined and restricted as a result of her father's role in the government. (I was thinking daughter in the white house.)


Pocahontas: Richmond, Virginia
Because she was really born around there.

Because she has that snappy dialogue/banter that is very Philly-style. She also has a tough personality like the women here.



Mulan: San Francisco, California
Yes, there is a high Asian population here so it makes sense. Also there aren't a lot of straight men there so it would make sense why her parents were so concerned about her getting married. In addition, I think this environment would help explain madami why she thought she could handle the military in her father's place.


Tiana: New Orleans, Louisiana
The film covered this one.


Rapunzel: Memphis, Tennessee
It is in the middle of nowhere but has a rock-a-billy culture. She was isolated but when she got out, everyone was pag-awit and dancing. This is Elvis' hometown.



Merida: Boston, Massachusetts
Heavy Irish/Scottish population and very tough neighborhood. Her family would have fit in perfectly.


Elsa: Seattle, Washington
Very smart and liberal place. Elsa was a female leader so I thought it was the perfect combination of progressive and academia.


Anna: Denver, Colorado
Because she felt so isolated and cold in the middle of nowhere, finding millions of things to do indoors instead of outdoors.


I know Elsa and Anna are sisters but their parents could have moved in between births.

I added Meg because I pag-ibig her and I don't understand why she doesn't get to be in the franchise. Hercules did well and he gave up being a god just to marry her. If Mulan can be in it (no complaints) then I think Meg should get to as well. (Since they are both not princesses.)
