 Hello Pocahontas!
Hello Pocahontas!
Hi guys, since my favourite Pop versions of Reflection made it to the front page. Now, it's Pocahontas's turn for the pop version of her signature song, Colours of the Wind.

Brazilian Portuguese (Daniela Mercury)

I pag-ibig how the intro and the instrumental version is different from the original Vanessa William's version. Daniela's version has a calm and strong voice, she starts of very soft and it was not until the first chorus that she comes out of the shell with a strong personality.

Cantonese (Amanda Lee)

Another version sung in Cantonese that I really like, and I have to say Amanda is much madami gentle than Vanessa and I personally felt that this is how the song should sound like.

Castilian Spanish (Veronica Romero)

Like Brazilian Portuguese, she comes off as very soft during the first verse, in fact this version is very calm and gentle compare to the first 2 singers stated here. Wonderful arrangements too and it sounds like that they added Spanish gitara to make it sound very Spanish-oriented style.

Danish (Monique Spartalis)

Her voice eerily reminds me of Maria Lucia Rosenberg at some part, her rendition, especially her voice has a bit of a rock & roll quality and it is like Pocahontas has become a bad girl already! But overall, good job.

English (Vanessa Williams & Coco Lee)

The original version that I grew up with, I pag-ibig Vanessa's version because she has a very strong voice that it grew on me. I recently listened to the Coco Lee's version and I immediately pag-ibig it!

European French (Native)

I pag-ibig how it is sung in a duet and Laura sounds different here than in the movie. She has a rock and roll quality in her voice!

Finnish (Arja Koriseva)

Considering that she is a tango singer, I was really surprise that she nailed this song perfectly. She has a very soothing voice and I was very happy she really was the perfect choice to voice Pocahontas!

German (Jennifer Rush)

My opinion on her is the same as both her Finnish and Brazilian Portuguese counterparts, she comes off as very gentle and gradually very strong during the chorus and the later parts of the song.

Icelandic (Margret Eir)

She sounds like Pocahontas became an innocent Icelandic girl, however she is also very strong during the segundo chorus onward.

Norwegian (Anita Skorgan)

The segundo Scandinavian version that I fell in love, she sounds like Vanessa William has learn Norwegian and sang this version!

Polish (Edyta Gorniak)

I had seen the music video and she dressed up like Pocahontas, except the hair. My first impression is very unpleasant as I am not use to listening to her voice, especially the first verse itself. But she smoothed herself later on!

Taiwanese Mandarin (Winnie Shin)

Another amazing version and her voice is youthful and at the same time, smooth. I personally felt this is how Pocahontas should sound like in the movie!

Thai (Rawiwan Chinda)

For the same reason as her Mandarin version, her voice in this song is very pleasant to listen to unlike her Polish counterpart.

Turkish (Sertab Erener)

I pag-ibig Turkish music, and I am very glad that she is exceptionally good for this song too. However, the song is really short.

Can You Paint with all the Colours of the Wind?

I am quite surprise that all of them are quite good in their own rights!
My favourite artwork from the film.

Which Disney Princess got to live in the most beautiful house? Which ruled the hearts of fans - the cottages, mansions or humble homes?
Fans have voted and results are in! Here's a look how fans ranked the DP homes.

12. Aladdin's home:
Most fans understood that this barely counted as a home, but madami like a shelter to rest at night. It barely had anything, not even a door. Even though it had a great view, beautiful it surely wasn't.

anukriti2409: This is really an abandoned place, which Aladdin uses for shelter. It's really downtrodden, with no furniture or gate or windows or curtains. It's...

 1. Sparkly dress
1. Sparkly dress
We now begin a new era of disney the Renaissance. Disney Princesses are coming in fast and we start with Ariel. I will not be including her as a Mermaid simply because this is her as a woman in a dress not with a tail on. If I was to rate her as a mermaid it would be 10 but as a human 0. I will also not involve her night wear.

1. Sparkly dress
Ariel is now a human she walks from under the sea to meet prince Eric, but unable to speak for now. Her dress made sa pamamagitan ng Triton is a sparkly silver dress with no accessories on her. It may be nice evening but for me it's missing something attention seeking...

1. Working dress
Hi there, My susunod princess will be Cinderella. She has a few madami outfits than snow white so we will be having madami information today.

1. Working dress
I must begin sa pamamagitan ng saying it's not a dress It's just a blue tuktok with a brown like vest on, brown skirt, white tapis with brown flat plump shoes. Like snow whites it's not an outfit you would go on a petsa with or meet a handsome prince but for a worker then its the best for the job. 5/10

2. Ball dress A
Those step sisters just can't stand her and her dress as it was quickly destroyed. The dress is a kulay-rosas mainly with a white lower section, kulay-rosas heels...

Hello again everyone! Here we are with the listahan of best brown outfits. There are a few of them among the DPs, and I enjoyed this countdown because these outfits so rarely get the spotlight. Most of them are overshadowed sa pamamagitan ng other outfits the characters wear. Hope you enjoyed it!

6. Snow White's brown and white dress

I was kind of sad to see this dress be the first eliminated, although I expected as much. I'm rather fond of this dress for some reason. I'm not sure why. I actually like it better than her iconic dress - I think the mga kulay look much nicer on her...

 Hello Kenny.
Hello Kenny.
Okay, since I had done with Enya. Now it's Kenny G's turn! Are you ready?

1. Songbird

Whenever I listened to this music, Snow White would come to my mind since she loves birds, especially during the 'With a Smile and a Song' and the 'Working Song' scene.

2. sa pamamagitan ng the Time the Night is Over

Ella and Kit/ Sinderella and Prince Charming, I personally think it bumagay the latter madami because when the night is over, he will find the mysterious girl that fits the glass slipper.

3. puso and Soul

Princess Aurora and Prince Philip will dance together to this music, especially during 'Once upon a Dream' and...

Sometimes it's the little details, like lady Lumiere in the background and dude!Belle's glasses in his pocket.

2 Cruella de Vil - '101 Dalmatians'

And sometimes it's just being uncomfortably attracted to one of the most evil people in the Disney lexicon.

3 Elsa - 'Frozen'

There would be no eternal winter with this smoking hot King on the Thorne.

4 Esmeralda - 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'

Did God help the outcasts get ripped? Because dayum.

5. Hades - 'Hercules'

This makeover makes her derisive 'He's a man!' line even better.

uy everyone! This is my segundo countdown in the series, and it was a short one since there are only three yellow dresses and one kahel dress among the DPs. Despite that, I thought it was a good countdown.

4. Tiana's kahel dress

I don't think this dress is ugly, but most users agreed that it was very plain, and some didn't like the color on Tiana very much.

It's not as cute as the others and it's not iconic like Belle and Snow White's dress. ~SarahCorine
It is also nice, but others are just better. ~hirohamada
Orange is not a flattering color on Tiana. ~wavesurf

uy everyone! So this is the first culminating artikulo in a series of countdowns that I am doing. There will be one for each color of outfit. The winning outfit in each countdown will then continue on to a final countdown which will determine Fanpop's number one DP outfit. Enjoy! :)

9. Mulan's kulay-rosas and blue underclothes

I didn't mind this outfit. In fact, I quite liked the contrast between the blue tuktok and kulay-rosas bottom. However, most users disagreed, finding it too plain.

Unremarkable. ~Silverrose1991

 Loving this movie.
Loving this movie.
Okay, I was watching the 2012 version of Les Miserables last night and I had seen the 2015 reboot of Sinderella last month. Both pelikula have a common theme with each other: Forgiveness. The characters also play a similar traits to each other.

Cinderella

While watching this movie last month, I keep thinking that the story reminds me of Les Miserables! Aside from the same filming location of France, certain scenes and characters remind of some characters from Les Miserables.
For example, during the scene after Lady Tremaine and the 2 stepsisters called Ella sa pamamagitan ng her trademark name, Cinderella. The...

Anyway, here's my princess ranking!!

13. Anna

Anna-banana is cute, but I just like the others more. :P

12. Cinderella

I don't like how Sinderella doesn't really stand up for herself! Yeah she shows a good work ethic, but damn girl! Put that backbone to good USE! That being said, she's really pretty except for her hair during the ball. Like what is UP with that headband??

A while ago, I did a poll series called "A Movie Staring Disney Princesses" , deciding what roles Disney Princesses would play in a movie (results are down below. And then I posted a forum, deciding plots. Although I did decide most of the plot, many people helped me get started and got the plot going in my head, so I can't take all the credit. Thank you to those who participated- whether you helped in the forum, voted in the presinto or both, and I'm sorry for the long wait. This will take place in a few parts- I don't know how many exactly, but I estimate four-five.

uy there! I'm isabellagirl033 and as you all are well aware Sinderella has been adapted many times into live-action pelikula though only some manage to truely be a hit. I'm going to break down some of my favourite portrayals into my tuktok 5.

5. Hillary Duff, A Sinderella Story
Despite it's cringe-worthiness and lack of loyalty to it's source, I still managed to enjoy the movie. Tween icon Hillary Duff is the last thing that comes into my mind when I think of Sinderella but she made a convincing one at that. I think this spot goes to Hillary Duff mostly due to...

I have already done this, a few months nakaraan actually and I decided to do it again. My opinion has changed a lot, because a lot of people have made good points and so many of these good points have changed my opinion quite s bit.

13. Aurora

It's not so much that I dislike her, it's just I found her kind of bland in her movie. She was boring, though I enjoyed her sweet personality. I get she had to sleep, it was simply a part of her story, but I just didn't get to know her much. I know it sounds kind of unfair, but I find it hard to place her higher.

12. Pocahontas

Who do you choose? Live-action reboot or Animated???
So, since Disney has release 2 live-action reboots of their Disney classic animated feature. Here is what I think about which movie is better, as well as their animated counterparts.

Cinderella (1950 & 2015)

I would definitely go for the live-action version, as mentioned in my nakaraan articles. Ella has madami personality compare to her animated counterpart, and of course, less screen-time for the mice.
However, no Bruno the dog! Also, no songs in it. I wish it was, but on the other hand, the producers and Kenneth Brannagh didn't want the movie to be to close to its original 1950 animated...

Hi guys, since nagyelo has took the world sa pamamagitan ng storm, this artikulo is basically about my initial impressions about the story-line, the songs and music, as well as the art and characters' designs back in 2003, 10 years before the movie that took the world sa pamamagitan ng storm.

The Story

When I first heard that Disney was going to adapt the Snow Queen, my first impression was that it was going to be faithful towards the original story sa pamamagitan ng Hans Christian Anderson. Secondly, I thought that it was about 2 sisters who one of them discover to have ice powers, according to a prophecy, were separated since they were...

Hi everyone!

In this article, I’m going to compare two pelikula from the Disney Revival, one revolving around a Nawawala princess with magical golden hair, and the other revolving around two sisters, one of whom is a reyna with ice powers.

Part A.    Which is the "better" movie?

Tangled has a madami cohesive plot and seems to me to have deeper characters that interact superbly with each other. Emotions and thoughts were successfully conveyed with an abundance of facial expressions. The hair animation was astounding, but the skin and eyes could sometimes seem plastic-like or lifeless....
