Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?
Hi guys, since I had watch 3 reboots of their respective Disney classics. Here are my opinions on which is better, the animated or the live-action version?

Maleficent

Okay, as mentioned, this film left me disturbed for a number of reasons. The first was how they make King Stefan turn into the dark side, whereas in Sleeping Beauty. He is not like that at all! (1959 Version)
Sadly, Aurora gets less screen-time like her animated counterpart. But, she's madami bubbly like Snow White! So I would say that I admire both the animated and live-action Princess Aurora. (tied)

Cinderella

I was very happy that Ella has madami screen-time compare to her animated counterpart, we also got to see how she got the name Sinderella from her stepmother and 2 stepsisters, as well as her parents, especially her mom, who has madami screen time and not to forget her father too!
The Prince has madami character development, and he also meets Ella after she gets her trademark name from her wicked stepmother and stepsisters. It was very sad that his father died too. (2015 Version)

Beauty & The Beast

After my initial skepticism, I am partially please with the 2017 reboot, mainly because I wasn't very happy with the beast's appearance. He doesn't look very beastly enough, on the other hand Dan Stevens played a very good and sympathetic Beast/ Prince Adam. I truly appreciate it!
Belle was really amazing, I have to give credits to Emma Watson for her portrayal as Belle for the film. (tied)

Which One?

So, which of these 3 films do you prefer? In it's animated version or live-action reboot?

If you ever want to establish a new international holiday, do it in September. I am serious, there are surprisingly few actual holidays in this buwan - but a lot of really weird ones. I was kind of tempted to mark "Talk like a Pirate Day" in the calendar for that reason alone, but soon I had two hot contenders. One was Heritage araw which would have most likely...

Thank you to everyone who participated in Princess of the Month! For November we celebrated Belle, so here's an artikulo on why we adore her:

Belle is my paborito princess, so I could wax eloquent concerning all the things I adore about her. In the interest of space, though, here is one thing I particularly pag-ibig about her: her sense of self-worth. I don't feel like this is often talked about, but it's really inspiring to see her embrace her interests even in the face of constant ostracization from the townspeople. Everyone thinks she's weird and whispers behind her back, but despite this she...

Of course, we all have our faves and we feel a certain way when our paborito princesses are getting criticized. For me, I do feel like Tiana gets quite a bit of flack, some deserved but some is quite overboard. For example, people call Tiana mean and even ruthless for simply doing what sinag tells her sa pamamagitan ng leaving him to fight off the shadows sa pamamagitan ng himself but if she went against his orders, you know that would be yet another opportunity for people to call her condescending. So I'm just gonna counter some complaints against Tiana.

Human Tiana is madami likable than frog Tiana.
Not really gonna disagree...

So I'm going to be really honest with you. After watching Pocahontas 2 and Mulan 2 I really really really really don't want to watch this movie. That's why it took me so long to watch it and write this artikulo and the reason I'm only just now doing it is because I borrowed this movie from the aklatan almost 2 weeks nakaraan and I have to return it tomorrow.

Tonight's rewatch: Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas
Last time watched: 2000-2006

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
When I was little I loved this movie. Every taon I used to pop this movie into the vcr (remember those?) and watch...

 Hello Maleficent.
Hello Maleficent.
Hi guys, an idea had struck me on Pagsulat this article. It is a comparison between Wicked and Maleficent, are you ready?

The Story

Although the film is like Wicked, but Maleficent is a darker and Gothic version of Wicked. Mainly because of how the film is portrayed.
Whereas Wicked is madami lighter despite that it has some darker approach at some point of the film, so I would not label it as Gothic.

The Characters

Princess Aurora is very much like Glinda, because the 2 protagonists are optimistic and blonde-haired! They tried to persuade the 'Villain' (both Elphaba and Maleficent) to be good.

Note: nagyelo and puwang Ghost are not owned and created sa pamamagitan ng me. This is a artikulo for this website and Fanfiction.net.

Anna walked to the living room and sinabi "Elsa did you hear the news?"

Elsa replied "Yeah. There are reports of a villain from puwang nearby."

Anna stated "We better find out what that villain is up to." Elsa agreed.

Anna and Elsa changed into their super hero costumes. They were shirtless and pantless like Captain Underpants. They only wore underclothes, a cape, and boots. Anna's costume was kulay-rosas and Elsa's was light blue.

Anna (Super tsokolate Lover) and Elsa (Super Icicles) went...
