 The three classic princesses
The three classic princesses
Okay, I am Pagsulat an artikulo after a long time. I suffered from the lack of ideas and imagination for madami than 12 days ago. So, I am not in a mood to start a new series, either, Damn! So, I decided to do one short article, duh! Sorry, I am gonna do a series! I mean, duh, some princesses were horribly out of place. I mean, we think every princess is beautiful, but some are a little historically inaccurate and drawn in a wrong way.

Snow White
 Snow White
Snow White

It is kinda easy to figure out where this classic took place. The dwarfs’ house is decorated with carved wooden instruments and furniture. If you closely look at the mountains and the forest, I think it is in the black forest, which is in Germany. The dwarfs mostly yodel throughout the movie, and yodelling was first recorded in 1545, so we know the story took place after that. So, these clues suggest that Snow White’s story took place in the late 1500s in Germany. During this time of protestant reformation, Women wore dark colored fabrics that emphasized the waist and had a high neckline, with their hair usually pulled back...some women even wore a headpiece. And in this picture, Snow White looks absolutely beautiful. Her hair is beautifully pulled back and I wanna wear that stunning headpiece she has. Except the emphasis on the waist and puffy sleeves, the outfit doesn’t look accurate in the movie and her hair is too short to be pulled back.

Cinderella
Sinderella
Cinderella

Sinderella is loved all over the world and people adore her castle, but it rather seems to be placed in its own pantasiya land with less accuracy. So, a lot of people think it took place in the 1860’s. So, this drawing looks much madami accurate than that beautiful, lovely silver ball toga we all die for. In that time period, the cages of women’s dresses took madami of an elliptical shape and generally moved towards the back. Sorry or not sorry, I pag-ibig this dress madami than the ball gown! I don’t care if lacks those sparkles and all than damn glitter, it looks even better. Wow, this surprised me! But there are many versions of the story, and one of the most popular versions was originally written in French sa pamamagitan ng Charles Perrault. So if you wanna make Cindy look a different way, you can add madami French nods. There are many versions of Cinderella’s story, such as the Egyptian Sinderella and Korean Cinderella, created at different times and countries.

Aurora
 Aurora
Aurora

There are a few clues with let us know the time and place for this tale. Before Aurora learnt that she was a princess, she was raised up as a peasant girl named Briar Rose. Actually, Briar Rose is bulaklak which popular in England through generations, so we can believe this movie was actually supposed to take place in England. Do you remember, at one point Phillip tells King Hubert that he’s living in the past and this is the 14th Century. And so the story took place in 14th century in England. Noble women in that era wore dresses with tight fitting sleeves and bodices. Surcotes were put on tuktok of the tight fitting dresses. A Surcote is a loose dress which is almost like a robe. These were also worn open and some had a long train on them. At the time, many women wore brooches and wore their hair in braids. At times they’d also put on a headpiece, veil or crown to ipakita their royal status. And Clair Hummel drew it really well!

So, bluh, Part 1 is over now!

The countdown is over and the results are in! DP club fans have voted for their paborito landscapes in DP movies. Surprisingly fans were madami divided for choosing the lower ranks and had almost a united say about the tuktok ones. Here are the results. Hope you'll enjoy.

11. Princess and The Frog
I was a little surprised to see it leave first. I know its not much liked around here but I thought having Sinderella and Snow White and Seven Dwarfs around, this might just skip being eliminated first. Well, I was wrong. fans didn't really find the bayou magical and swamps looked garish and dull to them....

Hi everyone!

So I thought that since you often hear a lot of negative things about the Disney Princesses from people on Fanpop that it'd be cool to hear some positive opinions that other Fanpoppers hold.

Maybe it could change a view of yours. Who knows?

Why We pag-ibig Snow White:

MaidofOrleans:
I pag-ibig Snow White for her unending optimism. I would argue that she is the most optimistic of the DPs, and I pag-ibig her message that "you're the one who can fill the world with sunshine." It's very true and is applicable to every situation in life. I also pag-ibig how she bosses around the dwarfs. It's super...

 The 1950 version.
The 1950 version.
Hi guys, since I had make a poll version of it under my old username as dee389. Here is my general opinion on the stunning and beautiful wedding gown!

1950 Version

This was nothing special about this wedding gown, it looks like a typical wedding toga that we see on your or your relative's wedding day.

2007 Version

Since this version is a mid-quel, I thought that this is even better than the original 1950 version. It has madami details, especially the sleeve!

2015 Version

sa pamamagitan ng far, this is definitely the most spectacular wedding toga that I had ever seen! When I first saw in the cinema last year, I was blown away and I have to say that it's even better than the nakaraan two. It has madami details and the veil.

A Wedding Moment

So, if you're planning on getting married, which of these 3 wedding dresses do you pick?

5. Mulan's green, black, and brown armor

I was so sad that this was the first outfit to be eliminated. I think Mulan looks so badass in it! However, I can see why users didn't like it since it is an outfit that was made to be functional, not fashionable.

this is not supposed to flatter Mulan, but still a very boring dress if were to wear separately. ~anukriti2409
Well it's a man's armor so...it...

9. Mulan's Official Wedding Dress (with Prince Jeeki):
In initial round, it was tied with Jasmine's and her wedding dress with Shang. It was surprising to note that while it was a tie, there were hardly any comments for Jasmine's dress.
Finally the tiebreaker results determined the first elimination with Mulan's official wedding dress. Most fans were put off with its unusually big headgear.

SarahCorine: It's definitely cute. I like the colors. But she looks cuter in her other wedding dress. And the hat does...

Okay so I really want to do this, but I really am not going to explain why. Because, well, I believe there is madami to liking a princess than just looks. But other than that, I just feel like I'm just going to keep saying "oh she's so pretty" or "I just never found her attractive" over and over again in different words. So, I'm sorry for not leaving a description.

I probably should've put this artikulo on the Fanpop tagahanga club, but this club has been my tahanan for years. It's where I've made a lot of memories, have been part of a community that talks about madami than just Disney Princesses, has felt like a family, and has helped me A LOT through the years. So this artikulo being published anywhere else on Fanpop won't do any justice if it's not on this club. So without further delay, here is what being on Fanpop has meant to me.

First of all, it's only fair to say that I did NOT get off to a good start when I first came here. It's embarrassing to talk about...
