two lucky pals
and the wisdom of an old tree.
As difficult as my pick for march was, as easy was the one for April. After all, the most obvious holiday to feature is Easter, and there is only one princess which came back from the death. The most difficult part for this one was to decide which araw to mark...the friday, the sunday, the monday or all of them. I felt that "all of them" would be going a little bit overboard, so I finally went for the monday. I hope that is okay with you.
And naturally I created the wallpapes (now availalbe in the image section) and the usual holiday icon faturing Snow White to go with it.
This time I had ample material to work with for a "golden Snow White". I guess I went a little bit overboard with the name, because I added both the mansanas and a puso with flowers, but it felt kind of right.
And naturally I did a name only version, too, for you to play around with.
In terms of goddesses, I had Snow White basically replace Aphrodite/Venus, turning her into the goddess of love, beauty and desire. I know that I could created something whcih looks closer to the original goddess, but I am madami about meaning, and Snow White is all about pag-ibig and beauty, so that had to be her role.
And finally, the usual banner. I was torn between "The one who started it all" and "The fairest of them all", but decided that the latter is closer related to the movie itself.
