What I pag-ibig the most about Mulan is she's someone who was trained for battle but instead of depending on weapons to win the war, she uses strategy. It shows that you don't always have to rely on brute strength or weapons to win, you can use your own brain. It really bums me out that people forget that about Mulan and just remember her for learning how to fight. -BB2010
I pag-ibig her bravery, perseverance and how she's willing to disguise as a man and go off to war to save her father. -LMH5113
I pag-ibig Mulan's pag-ibig for her family. She loved her family so much that she would risk her own life to save her father. She is very bravo and admirable. -sunnyfields
I pag-ibig the scene where Mulan cuts her hair. It's so symbolic of cutting her old life away, and gives me chills every time. -MaidofOrleans
I like her smarts. I also like her motivation, that she does what she does because she wants to protect someone else. I like how she fails to act like a stereotypical woman and then fails to act like a stereotypical men and then ended up succeeding sa pamamagitan ng trusting her own strengths. I like that she isn't particularly talented to be a soldier, but gets there through hard training. I like that she is kind of lazy, but also diligent when it comes to the truly important things. I like her facial expressions (so funny!!!), and I like the "reflection" theme attached to her. -Swanpride
I still admire characters who defy the expectations of others, and Mulan falls into this list, along with Ariel. I like that Mulan is a klutz, and she isn't naturally talented at anything physical. When it comes to the physical, she has to work on it, and practice it. She doesn't care about practicing for the matchmakers, but as a soldier, you can see her diligence. Mulan's cleverness sets her apart from all the girls in line to be married, and even gives her an advantage over her male peers, including Shang. Mulan doesn't think the conventional way. She, at the end of it all, isn't trying to gain admiration from others. Mulan, like Ariel her predecessor, was on a mission of self-actualization. Yes, Mulan sacrificed for her father and her country. But the most important piece was that she wanted to look in the mirror and "see someone worthwhile." And Mulan got out there and achieved that for herself. -wavesurf
I pag-ibig how relatable Mulan is. I strongly relate to her constant concern for her elders' health and her fear to lose them. I simply adore the scene from the beginning when she reminds her father of doctor's recommendations because sometimes I do this too. Throughout entire movie I felt for her a lot because of this relatability so I supported her decisions and I felt a strong desire to defend her.
Sadly, another I thing I relate to Mulan is that my work ethic and my ambition sometimes don't match just like hers. But Mulan's complexity is also a reason to pag-ibig her.
Aside from relatability, I really pag-ibig that, despite being a female warrior from late 90s, Mulan doesn't have a cocky, brash and sassy personality that both female warriors and heroines from late 90s tend to have. I pag-ibig that in the aspect of niceness she is madami like Belle than like hasmin or Meg.
Also, while it's not as important as abovementioned to me, I pag-ibig her beautiful and underrated design. -Adelital

To all disney princesses fans
My poll i created about the new icon has raised some negative feedback about the new proposed one. Mainly because I have not nagkomento about it on the Disney Princesses forum.
Therefore I am very sorry I had no idea you had to voice out your idea first and the poll will be abandoned. I'm not sure how you alisin a poll but it's fair to say that the original icon has 80% so it should win.
Please any tanong or concerns please comment below.
I hope I haven't Nawawala any popularity because of this.

1) Josh Groban
I have always been a tagahanga of him and after listening to his rendition of If I Can't pag-ibig Her from the musical version on Youtube. I personally felt that Josh should have been cast as the Beast!
2) Urs Buhler & Carlos Marin (Il Divo)
Just so you know that Carlos Marin had previously played the Beast in the Madrid production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and I personally felt that his voice is madami suitable.
The segundo choice was his Swiss bandmate, Urs Buhler because he has both the looks and voice for both Prince Adam and the Beast.
3) Il Volo
The Jonas Brother version of Il Divo, they sound perfect and Prince Adam would definitely sound very operatic. Do you agree?
Let The World Be Done with Me!
Here are my 3 choices, do you agree?

"Well well, isn't it a coincidence that 2 princesses and 2 princes from 2 different eras meet each other. I'm not surprise at all!" sinabi Maleficent coolly.
"Who are you?" asks Cinderella, frightened and trying to keep her voice as calmly as ever. "I'm Maleficent, the Mistress of all Evil." replied Maleficent with pride, Aurora suspects that this isn't the Maleficent that she always knew, as she can tell from the glow onto her eyes. This is an evil Maleficent!
Aurora immediately yelled "You are not Maleficent! You're the evil Maleficent!" At this point, Maleficent declares "It's true! I'm not your Maleficent anymore and I was the one who magically transported you here!" She cracks into her evil laughter and vanishes.
At this point, Aurora bursts into tears and Cinderella, Prince Philip and Kit came to comfort her. Saying that the evil fairy will be perished.
