Let’s be honest here: basically every movie sequel song sucks. Still, some of the good songs have Nawawala their way to the sequels. This artikulo is about my paborito sequel songs. As captions I used my paborito lines from the song. Let’s start.

10. For A Moment (The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea)
This song always gets to me. It’s just that… erm... I’m not sure. Melody is too enthusiastic for my taste. On the other hand, it’s really good that she’s so enthusiastic. Otherwise the whole song would be ruined. Hard to explain. Still, I really like this song. It’s very inspiring.
For a moment all of me is alive and at tahanan in the sea.

9. Athena's Song (The Little Mermaid III: Ariel's Beginning)
The only reason why this movie is on the 9th place is that it’s too short, about 40 seconds. It’s really beautiful, though, and bumagay Athena. She’s such a warm persona and she radiates her warmth through the song, too. Even Arista and Aquata stop fighting when she’s singing.
So, Athena’s song is very beautiful but too short to ilipat any higher.
Under the bright blue endless sky.

8. Out of Thin Air (Aladdin III: The King of Thieves)
I consider this the only pag-ibig song on my list. It’s beautiful and all. It tells us about hasmin and Aladdin’s past and present at the same time. Aladdin reveals his feelings for his father’s absence. It’s all so touching. I think Out of Thin Air is not only a pag-ibig song; it’s kind of Part of Your World with two people and a few pag-ibig confessions.
Our wedding can wait. –I pag-ibig you.
Our wedding can wait. –I pag-ibig you.

7. Where Do I Go From Here (Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World)
Again: a very beautiful song. It’s also a song I can relate to, some ways. The reason why this song is on the 6th place is that I don’t pag-ibig the melody. But I pag-ibig the lyrics so much that I couldn’t put it lower. Overall, a very beautiful song with a not-so-beautiful melody.
But where do I go from here? So many voices ringing in my ear. Which is the voice that I was meant to hear?
But where do I go from here? So many voices ringing in my ear. Which is the voice that I was meant to hear?

6. Perfectly Perfect (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time)
This is a funny, touching and beautiful song. But it gets minus points because of Anastasia and Drizella’s voices. So, would it be totally weird if I sinabi that this song makes me so happy though Anastasia and Drizella surely don’t sing about happiness? Well, I’ll say it anyways: Perfectly perfect makes me happy.
What could ever come between us? –I would gladly volunteer.

5. Welcome To the Forty Thieves (Aladdin III: The King of Thieves)
This is a very catching song. I just pag-ibig this song. I can’t explain this. I pag-ibig villain songs, which might be a major reason. Plus, the atmosphere in the song is very… twisted.
As an honorary member of the gang there’s no-one alive ever leaves.

4. Lesson Number One (Mulan II)
The lyrics “One alone is not enough, we need both together” pretty much tells the reason I pag-ibig this song so much. I pag-ibig all the opposite attract things and this song is about it, kind of. Lesson Number One is very energetic and just so… epic. That’s why I pag-ibig it.
One alone is not enough, you need both together: Winter, summer, moon and sun.

3. Put It Together (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo) (Cinderella II: Dreams Come True)- Ending
I give you the permission to call me crazy after pagbaba this explanation. I pag-ibig this song very, very much because it’s the closest villain-like version of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo I’ll ever have. I am very well aware that this is not a villain song. I just think that a villain version of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo would be so awesome! *drools*
You go ala-ka ala-ka-zoo and when you put it together it’s magic. Because all you need is inside of you.

2. So Much madami Than a Dream (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time)
I love, love, pag-ibig this song! It’s sad at first because Cindy gives up her dreams, sort of. Then she realized that there is a way to make her dreams come true and she’s so happy. I start to cry every single time I listen to that part. So Much madami Than a Dream is such a super beautiful song.
I will take a chance on pag-ibig to get my once upon a time.

1. I Still Believe (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time) - Ending
Awwwwws, this is beautiful, happy and a bit bittersweet song. I think it’s kind of ironic that I don’t believe in pag-ibig (in the romantic way!) but I pag-ibig this song especially the part “Oh, I still believe in destiny, that you and I, we’re meant to be”. Well, maybe that’s the very reason. I wish that I’d be able to believe in the romantic-way pag-ibig but I don’t. Anyways, this song makes me happy and I’ve loved it ever since Sinderella 3 came out. Beautiful.
I still wish on the stars as they fall from above. Cause I still believe, believe in love.
