Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?

Hi guys, since I had watch 3 reboots of their respective Disney classics. Here are my opinions on which is better, the animated or the live-action version?

Maleficent

Okay, as mentioned, this film left me disturbed for a number of reasons. The first was how they make King Stefan turn into the dark side, whereas in Sleeping Beauty. He is not like that at all! (1959 Version)
Sadly, Aurora gets less screen-time like her animated counterpart. But, she's madami bubbly like Snow White! So I would say that I admire both the animated and live-action Princess Aurora. (tied)

Tale as Old as Time

Hi guys, I managed to see the 2017 reboot of Beauty and the Beast despite the initial boycott over the alleged gay moment for the Malaysian release, as I promise here is my review on the awesome classic!

The Story-Line

While the majority of the film is the same, I was very happy with a number of changes. Like we get to know madami about Belle's and the Beast/ Prince Adam's backstory. To which I will write madami about in another artikulo soon. Speaking of the Enchantress, I always thought that it is the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella!
The Prologue gives madami details than the 1991 version, which...

My thoughts on the 2014 Beauty and the Beast live-action film

I finally saw the 2014 Beauty and the Beast and I really loved it despite bad critical reception. Let's start with the costumes and visuals.

Costumes and Visuals
The costumes are stunning! Each of Belle's dresses are so beautiful, and blow the 2017 Belle's wardrobe right out of the water. What I loved is how the film is set in Victorian times so the normal costumes are very drab and gray but the kastilyo was set in the (16th/17?) century before the curse hit so the costumes are from that era which happens to be my paborito era fashion-wise. Belle's ivory dress is my paborito and she looks like...

If Lily James Had Play Belle

Hello Lily!!

Hi guys, again I'm neither being prejudice nor am I putting down Emma Watson in any form of way, especially her pagganap skills. So are my thoughts on what would really happen if Lily James played Belle instead.

Interesting Idea

In a kamakailan interview with Lily, she doesn't mind being typecast in periodical costumes since she was previously from Downton Abbey.
Secondly, Lily can actually sing as we all heard her at the 2015 Sinderella reboot ending credits with her rendition of A Dream Is A Wish Your puso Makes, so playing Belle would be a challenge for her.

Should Disney Make a Vampire Princess?

Greetings Dracula!

Hi guys, okay I am not sure if Disney is daring enough to make a vampire princess. So here are my thoughts on it!

They Should Make a Vampire Princess

I personally think Disney should take the challenge to make a vampire princess, I mean we already have The Vampire Diaries, True Blood, The Twilight Saga and Anne Rice's vampire stories!
They could make the antagonist inspired from Elizabeth Bathory, in which she is a vain vampire throughout the movie!

The Shouldn't Make a Vampire Princess

It will probably intimidate young children, unless the directors watch Hotel Transylvania for inspiration to make it madami family friendly.
Secondly, I hope that the movie is not going to be like the Twilight Saga.

Hi!! I am an old member of this club, I'm not sure if anyone here is been around long enough to remember me, but Disney is kind of my religion. It adds sweetness in my life, and my paborito characters are the Disney Princesses. So I am updating my paborito DP listahan (I think it's been 5 or 6 years since I last wrote one), so here we go! (Sorry if there's some bad english, I'm brazilian..)
