Snow White's always happy, Jasmine's always angry and while I do think they have things in common(spunky, assertive), they really wouldn't like each other. Jasmine's attitude would just rub Snow White the wrong way and Jasmine would find Snow White extremely annoying. Also, Snow White is the dumbest princess and Jasmine is the smartest in my opinion.

I think Aurora and Mulan are the most opposite princesses but I DON"T think they would hate each other. I DO think they would find each other to be BORING AS HELL! Aurora would be bored by Mulan's personality and Mulan would think Aurora's boring because she didn't do anything.

Mature and childish? People, wake up! Tiana is a mature person true, but she's not boring. She loves music and dancing!!! (and cooking, backing, loves her parents obviously) She also has a husband that changed too so that would come up in a conversation sometime. Because of all this friendship and comparing I think it's pretty obvious that they would get along.

Damsel and Warrior? Hmm...I don't blame you- but I just think that they wouldn't find any interest in each other. But I do have some hope that the unlikeliest of friends will be the best.

Sophisticated and Wild? Everyone, i'm sure that a sophisticated person would not get the wild a bit but they'll grow in. However I think you're all missing the point. Belle WANTS adventure and to run and to explore (pretty much like all the princesses who came after Walt Disney died.) so how can she and Pocahontas NOT be a good match for friends? I live a completely normal life but if I had a friend like Pocahontas- shoot. My hobby would be basically be "to be friends with Pocahontas"

I agree with KataraLover. However I don't think Snow White is capable of hating someone. She didn't even hate the queen.

I honestly don't see those pairs of princesses hating each other. Snow, as it's been mentioned before, would be just incapable of hating anyone let alone a good person, it goes completely against her characterization. And Jasmine would not have a reason to hate Snow, at best, she would find her completely boring and wouldn't want to spend time with her which Snow I'm sure would be ok with and accept with dignity.

Tiana and Rapunzel? Come on. Tiana and Lottie were two great friends despite their personalities being completely opposite and Lottie was way more childish than Rapunzel could ever be and also, for the record, Rapunzel is NOT childish at all, just because she was raised in a circumstances that involved her mother figure basically holding her hostage and isolating her from the outside world for selfish purposes doesn't make her childish in a slightest, especially considering how well she handled herself when she finally broke free and by the end, mind you, ruled the entire kindom.

Belle and Pocahontas on the other hand are unlikely to find a common ground. Belle would analyze everything from the point of view of a reader hiding bhind her books instead of trying to explore the real world whereas Pocahontas would always crave for vivid and sometimes pretty dangerous adventures that would involve jumping down the waterfalls which is the kind of stuff that doesn't cut it for Belle.

I agree with maryksand about Snow/Jasmine and Tiana/Rapunzel. I also don't think Belle and Poca are sophisticated and wild, and instead they can be good friend. Same thing with Cinderella and Ariel.

Instead Aurora and Mulan are too different each other and they won't be get along, but definitely not hate.

These two would really butt heads (although Merida and Belle would be my choice if they were up here, they have zero common ground or values and I think their 'rivalry' in Pocket Princesses makes sense). Pocahontas is free spirited, likes the outdoors, is very emotionally honest, and is spiritual. Belle is super grounded, would rather read indoors than play outside, holds back her feelings a lot of the time, and has more common sense. Pocahontas doesn't like judging others without very good reason (ie racism) and Belle is judgy if you aren't as dignified or bookish as she is; Belle is more patient with people than Pocahontas too. Etc. ISFP Gryffindor vs ISFJ Ravenpuff.

And yeah, I'm not sure what people are so sure Mulan and Aurora would hate each other but it's weird. Neither of them have a mean bone in their bodies. Mulan is generally easygoing and a bit meek even after her character development. They deal with arranged marriages, facing major disappointments at a young age. The wouldn't be close buds and maybe not understand each other (unless you think the Mulan sequel counts) but hate? Are opposites? I can't see that. I think fans are just projecting their own dislike of the other princess, as usual.

@AudreyFreak, I agree that Mulan is somewhat meek even after her character development. In my opinion Aurora and she aren't oppossites.
