The green one looks amazing! But I love this dress more, it's in the movie and I grew up seeing her in the pink dress.

I'm not even kidding when I say I prefer the pink dress. Personally I think pink looks better with her skin and eyes, and it doesn't clash at all with her shade of hair (If it was orange i'd have a problem) Plus the silhouette is way better. The pink dress makes her figure look like an hourglass, while the green one makes her looks like a ruler. Plus the pink one makes her look taller, while the green one makes her look really stumpy. Plus it's just more human!Ariel to me. The blue-green colour is a mermaid!Ariel exclusive to me. Not that I'm saying I don't like the green dress, I just prefer the pink one.

Pink clashes horribly with her hair. green goes with her hair, yes. that dress is beautiful but unfortunately it is not in the movie. they updated ALL their looks, so why didnt they also update the pink dress?

red heads always look better in green more so than pink

IMO, I liked the green one at first but the more I looked at it I was like " no, no,- I know she's a mermaid, I'm tired of looking at seashells, and the green is not pooping anymore!". If anything- they could have kept the pink dress, change the color, made the gown a bit more different and poof that's it. I feel like this new one is less creative and was put together in a rushed idea, come on I would have thought of the green dress first over anything else! It's not elegant and sophisticated like the other princesses. Other than that I do like her hair, and her smile always looks good on her head:) I just don't like this gown again.

I would without question pick the pink one if it was in a brighter and prettier shade of pink. I personally think pink does go well with red. Umm.... (Valentines, hearts, ribbons.... hello?) anyway, I chose this one because the design is glamorous , I love the detail and the color is much better. If only the shade of pink were different and in some parts of the movie it wasn't drawn so sloppily. I wish they put more detail into the design like rapunzel's dresses just not as much detail though.
