Athena and Leah look like clones of their daughters, Eudora and Rapunzel's mothers look realistically like them, and Fa Li to me doesn't look like Mulan at all.

I would say they all look like older versions of their daughters, very hard choice.

She is exactly like her daughter, only with different hair.
Next choise would be Leah;Aurora's mother (really did she had a name?)
Athena looks very much like her BUT not ever facial feature is the same like the other two.

With the exception of the form of their nose (Rapunzel didn't get her mother's nose right. Sorry couldn't resist) they're practically identical, however, as KataraLover rightly mentioned this kind of resemblance does come off as realistic. Athena and Ariel also looks very alike, same applies to Aurora and her mom. In regards to others I would say they have certain features in common with either of their parents - Tiana, for instance, does resemble James in more ways than she does Eudora.
