Also, when Aladdin gets saved by a lot of people also just like Eugene does, Genie when he's underwater, Abu when he's locked up, Jasmine when the guards are just about to killing him in his own house (If she didn't take off her cape to show she was the princess, I'm sure they would have just killed him), Carpet in the cave. I do agree that Eugene gets saved a lot but also Aladdin does also, but I think because since Aladdin had Genie on his side most of the time, is the reason I see him as less heroic.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!?! FLYNN IS STILL HERE?!?!?!?!?! He's a total damsel in distress!!!!!! He gets captured by Rapunzel, he's captured by the thugs at The Snuggly Duckling and saved by Rapunzel, almost captured by the guards and Maximus and saved by Rapunzel, almost sliced by the Stabbington Brothers and saved by Rapunzel, he and Rapunzel are trapped in a cave and Rapunzel saves them, he's captured by Maximus and saved by Rapunzel, captured by the Stabbington Brothers and turned over to the guards, he's about to be hanged and is saved by the thugs and Maximus, and killed by Gothel and saved by Rapunzel. Do you guys see a pattern here? He saves Rapunzel's freedom by sacrificing his life but it was stupid because he could have had her heal him and then cut off her hair. He absolutely does nothing heroic other then that one thing and has to be constantly saved."
Eric was so heroic saving his dog from the fire!
