1. Snow White -- She spent her life being made to dress in falling apart rags, without interaction with anyone who liked her. But she still had a good view on life. Someone tried to assassinate her - that didn't happen to any of the other girls here. And it was the Queen who Snow hadn't realized hated her so much. But Snow pulled through and stopped herself from moping about it. That's strength right there. And all of this and she'd the youngest girl here - she's MY age! I don't think I could do any of that. Besides I don't take issue with the fact that she didn't run from the bad envious Queen because she was that young. At least she had the strength to look for hope.
2. Rapunzel -- She was my original choice, but she at least had love, even if it was fake. But Rapunzel decided to leave her prison of a tower - which must have been a tough choice after 18 years of brainwashing - and follow her dreams. And she's strong enough not to go back to the tower with Gothel after Mother Knows Best (Reprise). It must have been kind of a tough decision since for her whole life she was dependent on Gothel. But her true strength is shown when she realizes how her 'mother' had been lying to her - she had the strength to finally confront Gothel, even though Gothel had also 'loved' and 'cared for' Rapunzel for her whole life. And I'll just leave this quote here: "No! You were wrong about the world. And you were wrong about me! And I will never let you use my hair again!"
3. Mulan -- She gets insulted and is considered bad by everyone around her. No one believes in her. The townspeople in general seem to think she isn't a good woman by their standards, the matchmaker says that she can't bring honor to her family and a bunch of other things that can't be good for the self esteem, her own FATHER, who she loves dearly, says that he dishonors her. She is pretty much considered a failure. But she goes to war in place of the father who dishonored her. She could die in battle, she could be discovered and killer - she takes the risk for her father. No one ever really acknowledges it on here, but it must have taken a lot of strength to do that. And when she gets to the army everyone seems to hate her there too. All the other soldiers bully her, something they don't really do to anyone else. But she has the strength to continue, even though she totally could've run away. She continues because if she didn't her father would have to go to war. And then she pretty much wins the war and becomes a hero, despite no one believing in her. And instead of taking a fancy job with the Emperor she just goes back to her family.
4. Cinderella -- She's also really strong, even though she's last of these four. Her father is dead and no one really likes her, but she "keeps on believing." She has the strength to keep on hoping even in a bad situation. But to be honest I think she could've done way more about her bad situation. She isn't a very good role model to me. But as far as inner strength goes, she's strong. Just the others are stronger.
Yeah, sorry about my essay.
Rapunzel had a good life, and the only problem she ever encountered arose when she demanded to leave her tower.
