There's a reason I'm more critical of Elsa's way of dealing with her problems. I do it in real life and it is NOT a good way to deal with one's issues. In fact, it makes it worse. That's why, for the life of me, I don't see why she's haled as a great role model for kids.

I also get confused, feel stuck and mope around while I'm running from my problems, like Pocahontas.

It's kind of a circle for me. First I let it all out and cry, then I get confused and mope, Then I fell disappointed with myself, then I run away from my problems, seek love, then hope for a better tomorrow, then I take charge, and somewhere in there I look at the bright side. Just this one I think I do the most.

Whenever there is a problem in my life, I assume it is all my fault and that there has to be something I can do to improve it. I am really good at stressing, especially at things to do with me and my family. One of my biggest fears is disappointing people, especially my family and friends and other close people.

I'm always disappointed with myself, but I gotta keep my head up. Same goes to all of you, if today sucks tomorrow has to be better. I learned that awhile ago, I had years of depression and I hated myself I even had thoughts of suicide, but if I think of a fun time and do more things I end up feeling better. It doesn't always work, but it's better than feeling terrible all the time.
