To be honest, I dislike Hilary's singing voice. While I am not a big fan of Paige O'Hara's speaking/singing voice, she's still better...

I think Hilary Duff has a good voice but it's nowhere near great. It's kind of nasal, doesn't have a wide range, and is a bit too poppy for my taste. I mean, her voice is definitely recognizable and unique with a sweet, soft, and pleasant tone but isn't anywhere near Paige O'Hara's level. Paige has an absolutely beautiful voice! But I think Susan Egan (The first Belle on Broadway) and especially Anneliese van der Pol (The last Belle on Broadway) have much better voices than her.
