For Tiana and Rapunzel, those are just my opinions anyway. That's why they are respectfully #9 and #10 on my list.

If characters are boring it brings down a movie. Not Tiana though.

Well There is always some flaw you can find in a character,like not having enough quirks for instance! But if a character is too flawed they can be just plain annoying! not Rapunzel per say but anyone! Like Anna for instance. No offense to the Anna lovers!

A character with not enough quirks doesn't equal boring. Most of my favourite characters are sensible, but doesn't msan they are not special. They are more than meets the eye. On the other hand, a character with too many quirks doesn't always interesting. They are sometimes annoying and exaggerated which are exhausting...

Yep.

Having "quirks" does not mean you have a well-rounded and interesting character. A character is built on human emotions, drives, wants, ambitions, experiences, coping mechanisms and quirks, if you really think they need them.

I'd rather have boring character, than an annoying character. And as for Tiana and Rapunzel:
