Absolutely NOT! He yells at her but she stands up to him and isn't afraid to tell him what he's being rude and overreacting. Plus he never hits her or calls her names or weakens her self esteem. They don't fit the whole abusive couple thing AT ALL! They were just enemies at first, Belle saw the good in him after he saves her, they became friends in the sequels that still argue but still care about each other (understandable), eventually become close friends, and ultimately it leads to romance and true love. They're just different from a lot of typical fairy-tale couples because they don't just meet each other and think they're meant for one another. And unlike a lot of love-hate relationships, like Anastasia and Dimitri, they actually develop and it's believable when they fall in love.

Personality can´t be changed that quick even with Disney magic. Beast was a terrible, kind of violent person for a looooong time....falling in love won´t turn his character around 180°.

Absolutely not. Beast was admittedly abusive at first, but Belle fully stood her ground and only started acting civil with him when he was civil in return. It's not like she started falling in love with him when he was acting like a jerk and shouting at her.

I think anyone choosing Yes needs to go back and rewatch the film.

Of course NO. Belle doesn't take anyone shit including the Beast's. She doesn't even feel afraid when he's yelling at her in a full rage-mode. And despite he's angry and raging, Beast doesn't do anything abusive to Belle, physically, emotionally or verbally. Like anyone who answered No had said, they just didn't like each other at first. They gradually turned to friends and then fell in love with the other
